I remember encountering like a pamphlet in punjabi once for a paath for going toilet, paath before eating food (3ho teaches say satnaam 3 times before eating or drinking anything). I think nanaksar has written something on this from Guru Gobind Singh ji's writings. I hear alot of phite moo and satiahnaas is this bad for a gurmukh to say?
