Yuktanand Singh ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The essence of sikhism is to continuously pay homage with a focused and loving mind to the eternal truth that is the sabd, WHILST at the same time engage in one's wordly affairs in a high social manner, as per rehat maryada. The essence of sikhism is to make self-control the furnace, patience the goldsmith, my understanding the anvil and gurbani the hammer, god's fear the combustible that feeds the fire that lovingly melts my mind into the true coin of the sabd, only then, to await His glance to uplift and exalt me.
