If all Gurudawaras in the UK are setup as charity status , are they all under the control of the charity commission ? As i got hold of one Gurudawara constitution , and some sections in their are "out of character" when running a gurudawara , for example for president and secretary, it states must be Keshdari and unshaven ( but not Amritdhari ) It states in one section that one must be from a particular caste before it can become a member ( this isnt right !!!!) Who can change the constitution ? It does not clearly state the role of president,secretary or treasurer , the qualifications , experience required for the position ?
