DSG Posted April 20, 2016 Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 I think the need to change the whole election process and in the presence of dhan dhan sri guru granth sahib ji maharaj .Let the sangat choose the candidate based on his/her merits. Each position should have a job specification , setting the roles and objectives . Then a selection process as to the best candidate who can meet the criteria should be selected.
