please explain this line from SGGS

My moorakh submission. Forgive my mistakes:

For this line to be interpreted, the above Shabad seems relevant too. The essence of that Shabad is the person who meditates on the Almighty, be there good or bad things going on, it the true Lover. Those who praise the Almighty when good things happen but curse the Lord when bad things happen are nothing but customers who worship only to get good things.

The next lines (your questioned lines) seem to continue the thoughts of the Shabad above it and say people who do such things (praise when good and curse when bad) are not true lovers, but those who do wrong either way and have no place in the Court of the Almighty.
