Also inorder for someone to give u proper advice, you need to mention your operating system your IE browser version what kind of error message is it (i.e page not found?) you can Repair ur exising internet explorer by going to ADd remove and then choosing to Repair it. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Actually, he's right about it being tightly integrated..but do tell us if the other browsers work. By the way you may have a repair wizard with your ISP, try that as well..as it not only configures your connection but your browsers as well. Also, perhaps there is a component missing or you recently insalled something..'Control Panel-->Add/Remove-->Internet Explorer' should say change/remove. (hey Amar veerji you know I'm just joking)..usually when I get this problem nothing works for me. Explorer, messenger, etc..if you have an auto-repair from your ISP that should do the trick. For the Auto Detect simply go to Tools in internext Explorer, then Connections then click on LAN Settings..make sure everything is correct there. You may be right..probably becuase it will re-assign the ip parameters(dns etc). but here the problem is just with IE and others application is working fine.. so the probability of this trick seems to be less.
