I do think though that these people could try to adapt the dastar to their own readitional styles. There are African, Chinese etc.. forms of turban and I do think that it would be nice to see how Sikhi actually helps people give a new value to their own culture. Imagine SIkhi in Japan for example: instead of wearing taksali kirpans let them have their samurai swords again and have gurdware built like Buddhist temples.
