The songs tell the century – old tales about four characters, and exploring concepts of truthful living, fearlessness and selfless sacrifice. The album opens and closes with two different types of mantras for meditation purposes. Furthermore a bonus track, a 31 minute Mool mantra is included for those who wish to meditate for longer.
