An Akhand Path Sahib has so much shakti that even if a dead person is lying on the ground and an ardas is done for him he can wake up instantly and come to life . But it happens only when it is done with full maryada as was mentioned or brought by Baba Nand Singh Ji ( this maryada was mentioned in the various granths and literature that were lost during wars written by Guru Gobind Singh ji . one such granth was called mukat marg in which the maryada of sampat paths was mentioned .)

I read in Anand Chamatkar , that desi ghee jot is lit to welcome Guru Maharaj , to represent happiness and prosperity . It adds to the purity or pavitarta of the room in which the akhand path sahib is being conducted . I have also heard from some nanaksar pathis that it is also used for " pehra " or "rakhi " ( protection or guarding ) or " shaheedi pehra "( done by shaheed singhs ) . whenever an akhand path sahib with true maryada is done , shaheed singhs reside there . however in this age of kalyug , its impossible to conduct an akhand path sahib with full maryada except under very rare conditions when its done under the supervision of Mahapurakhs like Baba Nand Singh Ji .

Nanaksar Bhagti Da Ghar ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first two photos are of the main " darshani dheodi " or the main sachkhand when we enter the Nanaksar Gurdwara . This room is right opposite to tthe sarovar . This is the place where diwans during the Pooranmashi are held . ( the hall outside this room ) I am not sure about the 3rd one . The fourth one is the picture of Shota Sachkhand . This is the place where " Vade Guru Granth Sahib Ji " reside . ( The Guru Granth Sahib from which Guru Nanak Himself came out and gave darshan to Baba Nand Singh Ji ) The fourth picture is of the room popularly known as " Baradari ". This is the place where Baba Nand Singh Ji left his panj bhootak chola and left for Sachkhand . This room has 12 doors and the doors are made of very beutiful wood and are beautifully carved . The seva of whole thath of Nanaksar was done by Baba Ishar Singh Ji later on . During Baba Nand Singh Ji' time everything was made of mud , no pakki brick was allowed . The sixth picture is of the main Sri Sachkhand Sahib Ji where God lives . " Sachkhand vase nirankar " Baba Nand Singh Ji used to say that this is how the dargah or of Guru Nanak or God looks like . The next seven pictures are of the places where Baba Nand Singh Ji used to do his bhagti and tapasya . These are also known as bhore becus this sachkhand is underground . bhul chuk maaf wjkkk wjkf

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh Deepest condolscences to all the gursikhs on the passing away of Mahan Sant Thakur Singh Ji . Well its a time of mourning for us but Sant Mahapurakhs don't want us to weep . They want us to do paaths of Gurbani and Naam Simran . In order to remember the parupkars done by baba ji lets do the jaap of waheguru mantar ,or mool mantar , or do paths of sukhmani sahibs , or chopai sahibs ... Brahmgyanis are paropkari souls , even when they leave their panj bhootak chola and go to sachkhand they do "udhar " of lakhs paapi pranis on their way . waheguru ... "Brahmgyani ka ant na paar " Brahmgyani ko sada namaskar " we can't describe the jeevan of brahmgyanis . Lets just remember Guru Nanak and his kamaain wale sikhs like Him . Maya, as you already know is another name of Illusion . We have references from Gurbani indicating that this world is lika an illusion which is not going to stay forever . Maya can also be thought of as a shakti created by Nirankar . After God , Maya is the second powerful shakti . Anything that make us forget God is maya that includes money , property , worldly attachments and so on... Maya also tests or examines the bhagti of God's bhagats , tries to stop them from doing bhagti . As you know to complete a course or get a degree everybody has to pass an examination . Everybody in this world is engulfed in Maya . Maya hoye naagni jagat rahi laptaye Nobody has ever been able to escape from it except a few . Even some of the greatest rishis , munis of their times have lost their bhagti , celibacy due to Maya . Now i will be describing the encounter of Maya with Baba ji and how He defeated her . And from that day on it never even close to him and used to bow Him from a distance . Once upon a time , around 1 am in the morning when Baba ji were doing bhagti ,maya took the form of a very beautiful girl and approached him . Due to noise of her ornaments His samadhi broke up and when He saw her , He asked her to go away . Maya started showing her charitras . She was trying her best to illude baba ji and destroy his bhagti but he was already one with Guru Nanak . And those who r one with their guru don't have to fear anything . Baba ji did ardas and asked Guru Nanak to save Him. There was a pond nearby . And it was a wintery night . The outer surface of the pond was frozen . When Baba ji realized that maya is not going to stop her charitras , he went into the pond along with His clothes . Then the girl got semi nude , and Baba ji closed his eyes . In the freezing water baba ji got into smadhi and into the dasam dwar . When all the efforts of maya failed , finally she had to leave . She took form of an old lady , bowed to Baba ji and started singing praises of true gursikhs of Guru Nanak and realizing that every time she had approached a true gursikh or true bhagat she had been defeated always . In the morning when the sevadars came they found Baba ji standing in the pond . Baba ji's body was freezed . They took out his body , provided him warmth . After some time baba ji lowered his swaaas from dasam dwar andnarrated them the whole incident . Everyone was saying Dhan Baba ji dhan baba ji because no one has been able to escape the treacherous and crafty maya except true gursikh brahmgyanis and pooran bhagats like Kabir ji . waheguru waheguru.... Baba Nand Singh ji used to say every sikh of Guru Nanak should do atleast 1 sehaj path of Guru sahib every month either by simple doing it from Guru sahib or doing it by 50 sukhmani sahibs , 250 japji sahibs , .... and so on i also read in the diary of Sant Ishar Singh ji rara sahib wale that sikh should do paths every month as mentioned above . its not any kind of pressure . this is simply obeying the order of our beloved guru ji . if you want to become a true sikh or singh you have to obey their teachings and their orders . if not its ok , you can do what evr you want . Guru Gobind SIngh Ji said : " rehni rahe soi sikh mera , oh sahib main uska chera " " rehit bina na sikh kahave , rehit bina dar chota khave " "rehit pyari mujko sikh pyara nahi " Guru Amardas Ji said : " so sikh sakha bandhup hai bhai jo Gur ke bhane vich aaye " " aapne bhane jo chale vichud chota khave " "Khalsa is a very unique panth . It goes in the opposite direction in which the materialistic and kalyugi people go " As u know " gursikhi bareek hai khande dhar gali at bhidi , uthe tike na bhunhara " , so walking on this path of sikhi is not an easy task . u will have to obey all of ur Guru ji's orders . Wearing 5k's does not make you a " neanderthal". don't care about the stupid modern society or the so called modern sikhs who talk about forgetting or ignoring our puratan maryadas . that 's why these days we singhs are not as "pratapi" as the puratans singhs used to be becus we r ignoring many rules set up by our Guru ji . For a sikh , to say that 5k's are not important , is a very foolish thing to say . This message is for the people of every faith : have a firm belief in your Murshad (who should be "POORA" or complete ) and do whatever he told you to do . bhul chuk maaf wjkk wjkf

analyze the hukamnama carefully , if the hukam nama is of prasannta , then its ok to proceed on the task that you want to do . if its of " tarna"(scolding) then ask maafi(apolozise) from guru ji for anythiong that u may have done wrong . Take hukamnama 3 times , unless u get a prasannta one . If even during three times , hukamnaama of prasanta does not come , then it means that you have done something very wrong ... mainly the shabds like sorth , dhanasri m 5 r the prasanta ones . and the shabds like m 9 are the most stricter ones . after taking hukamnam , take out the parchi ... and there u go .. u will get ur answer .. 1 most important thing is FAITH ... u got to have it .. good luck ...

Guru ji is not a BOOK . HE IS THE SARGUN SAROOP of GOD . although u can't see it . i feel sorry for guys like u who don't even know WHO is GURU GRANTH SAHIB . GURU GRANTH SAHIB = GOD belive it or not .
