Never search your happiness in others, for at some time or other it will make you feel alone.

Search it within yourself there where the source of all happiness is : Waheguru, and you will be happy, even when left alone.

Se sukheeya jhin Nam adhaar.

O Nanak the whole world is unhappy.

He alone is happy, who has Nam as his only support.

which you will regret later.

The Imperishable Lord is obtained by meditating on the Naam, and then  all one's wishes are fulfilled.
