Which was the tea that was spread by the British worldwide? Lipton? Did the tea which they spread had tobacco in it?
What do you mean by MAOI?
Thanks
Bhul chuk maaf
Black tea.
OP said tea which helps with meditation. Normal tea has no effect on me but if you're not used to caffeine I can see how it can be a hindrance. I cant drink coffee even though I like the taste, the buzz is very irritating.

There are so many different kinds of tea in Asia, not just the one which the british spread worldwide. So to OP the real question is which tea. Passion flower tea is a mild MAOI and I can see how that would help with meditation.

Still doesnt say anything about following punjab local time. Ástral travel and the power of asthaans is one thing, telling people to do nitnem at midday because it's morning in Punjab is another.

You can access them through guided meditation. I accessed them to see my life purpose.
They contain all knowledge of past, future and the present of the universe. Through the meditation you can choose which part you want to see and also clear any misconceptions you may have about your past, future or present.
Would you be willing to elaborate on this?

Every single Sikh website I have been to is weird, except for Sikhawareness.com. I find this is the only website which has an open minded approach towards diverse views. The sad thing is that it is almost half dead! People don’t post here on regular basis like they do on other Sikh websites! Sometimes you notice the last person that posted anything on here was like 23 hrs ago, 5 days ago or even a month ago and no one even bothers to respond!
The content on other forums is 99% junk. It's easy to have a lot of content when it's mostly nonsense. Punjabis tend to conflate their colonial/post colonial punjabi culture with Sikhi and spend most of their time obsessing over govt conspiracy theories, reinforcing Victorian era puritanical ideas which have nothing to do with Sikhi or Punjab for that matter, and telling 'outsiders' that they are not welcome.

There is an element of sikhs who are trying to push an abrahamic agenda where mysticism is frowned upon

Passion Flower is a weak monoamine oxidase inhibitor, something like harmala extract would have a stronger effect.

If you could be bothered to actually read the post you'd see that it's about different ways and/or levels of practising naam simran, not about different naams.

Thanks
Bhul chuk maaf

-

Good point, i am more curious about general cases. I think if we go by gurbani wisdom below, we can say awareness is primordial but then question that arises how primordial is breath? Are we getting into sun -afur state prior to creation? In my view, in the body they came in the same time. I am not sure?

Not sure about general cases but Suleiman was allowed to remain outside his body before it was born. Did he go into his new body before it was born or as it was born?

This was created by someone who went through an NDE and came back referring to God as the Om. Would be interested to hear opinions from anyone who has experience with Anhad Shabad.

“You know that place between sleep and awake, that place where you still remember dreaming? That’s where I’ll always love you. That’s where I’ll be waiting.”
Tinkerbell to Peter Pan.
Makes you wonder how many people know, and ask how they know...even at times and in cultures which shun the mystical

Attached is the audio file. Around 1.04 Sant Ji saying to focus between eye brows in later stages. Is it dangerous to put focus between eye brows in the beginning? So where to put diyaan in the beginning? Diyaan has to put on something when we medidate. Is tip of nose good place?
Also where is diyaan sitting when we r sleeping?
