  1. Veer g... can u tell about what is meaning of having glimpse of Charan kamal of Guru Nanak Dev g ? I read that it's rare experience or something
  2. Once there was time when a sadhu visited Satguru Siri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj. he appeared suddenly in Darbar of almighty and bowed before him and presented him with the feathers of a "Humayu" bird Guru g said that there was no need of present since Darshan of saint already are very pleasing Sadhu said that these are rare feathers and he wanted to present them to Guru g Then conversation goes on After that sadhu disappeared Sikhs were amazed of miracle Sikhs asked Guru g who was he . how did he appear and disappear Guru ji told Sikhs that he is Brahma's son Nard After that incident Guru g took some Gursikhs and told them to stand at four direction and tell abt arrows when it comes back on ground Guru Ji tied each feather to five arrows, strung them on a bow and shot them in all four directions and one up into the heavens. He asked his Gursikhs to go and look for the arrows he had fired. Gursikhs stood for hours and so on They looked hard but couldn't find them and so returned empty-handed to their Guru. Guru g asked Sikhs abt arrows and they all replied that arrow didn't come back Guru ji smiled And then explained to the Gursikhs that he had been presented with the feathers of the Humuyu bird by Narad Muni Ji, and this bird of the sky had power in all its body parts. Guru Ji explained whatever was attached to the parts of that bird, the bird was able to take away to its own haven. Guru Ji was describing that just as the Humayu's feather had taken the arrows to the bird's sanctury, Gurbani and shabad also worked like those feathers except they could take people to the sanctuary of God. Just like arrow attached to feathers reached sanctuary of bird Shabad also comes from Sachkhand Those Gursikhs who attach their munn (mind) with Shabad Shabad will bring them back into Sachkhand (Well guys sakhi ends here bhul chuk maaf other websites had wrong story so I had to edit all) Shabad is really precious jewel brought by Guru Nanak ji for us from Sach khand Attach your Surat into shabad and climb the ladders to reach sanctuary of Parbrahm Anahad shabad works same since Anahad shabad comes from dasam duar Climb ladder with your Surat with sahej P.s - you can also copy paste to benefit other Gursikhs :p
  3. Glad to hear that And yup Gurbani contains all wisdom Would like to say Gurbani shabad here lol :- The True Guru is the ocean of pearls, one attains it according to his Writ. The Sikhs like swans gather together according to the Will of the True Guru. The ocean is full of gems and pearls, the swan eats them, but the ocean always remains full. The Lord wills that the ocean and the swans are not separated. Only that Sikh comes to the Guru, on whose forehead this Writ is recorded from the very beginning. Such a Gursikh not only ferries across the world-ocean, himself, but also saves his family and the whole world." (Guru Arjan, Var Ramkali, pg. 960)

But mahatma Gandhi told Shiromani Gurudawra committee not drop offer The head that time was some tarn Singh (not sure ) He was worried abt cost to prepare event and free kirpan service So he dropped offer -_- If offer was accepted 1984 would have never occured
  10. Hahahaha omg XD sory for interference But reading this post it reminds me of time Where two brothers goes to sadhu They bow for Respect and gives offerings Sadhu predicts that first brother will be Very rich and he will own gold bricks and second will even find difficult to feed himself and family -Years pass- And first brother comes and falls in feet of sadhu and pleads "prediction was wrong I m poor and my brother is rich " Sadhu laughs and says that after prediction you were happy abt rich life and u didn't work but ur brother worked hard so future changed Well from my opinion we make our own future Our future depends according to serving guru n doing good karma Guru Granth sahib ji will write our future accordingly
