Scuba-Diving or Snorkeling? You have to learn both from someone especially with scuba diving you have to get certified and pass a safety course. So an experienced master is needed to even dive within oneself or else we can get drowned within ourselves. Btw the diamond rock in my dp is a world favorite destination for scuba diving ;)

My takeaway from first salok for myself Do not engage in debates, arguments or discussions which are meant to increase your ego or ahankara. Do not lie. This is also a tricky one. Do Dhyana of Waheguru Naam. This is a higher stage. So I will keep paying attention which will lead to concentration & hopefully to Dhyana one day. And Dhyana also happens with the grace of Guru Only. Bottomline: Do Japa & submit to instructions of Guru.

According to Amir Bhandar Teeka ( Part 10, page 19), Sahaskrit has been present since ਅਨਾਦੀ. Sanskrit is the daughter language of Sahaskirt. Also, the one which has both poetic and music composition is called Sahaskrit. This bani was first recited by Guru Nanak Dev Ji in Kashi as updesh to a pandit named Gopal Datt.

ਸਹਸ may also mean the thousand lotus petal which is the Sahasra Chakra which may symbolize that by reading this Bani or all of Gurbani you receive the highest seat .ie. the thousand lotus petal. Also there is a legend or myth that Sanskrit was first spoken or brought by Sheshnaga.
