    Pls ask the fashion designer and the women wearing — with what intentions & goals these dresses are designed? Its Kal Yug era —- ppl take pride in being “sexy”, showing off their “sexy” Body. So you may get enticed. Read biographies of various Sants on this. Sant Baba Harnaam Singh Rampur Khera use to lower their gaze in their young age when women would pass by. Someone suggested we should mix with females at beaches??? Test ourselves?

    @Lucky @paapiman Since u have done lots of research on tones. Can u explain why Timnitinus sound in ear changes tone / frequence during meditation concentration. Was hearing some humming sound from fridge. Then one day put fingers in ear. Could hear bells like the ones at rail road crossing. Im not too concerned about sounds. Listenning to sounds and lookjng at lights is not my goal. But since u have done scientific research u could tell what it is.

    De means “that” Roop means “Form” Wich means “in that” So Sukhmani Sahib in Kirtan roop wich means - Sukhmani Sahib paath that is done in Kirtan (music singing) style form. roop means form and wich means in that.

    Thanks everyone for all responses. After some trial and error. I have decided listenning in office is not going to work for me. Quality is more important to me.

    I listen to kirtan roopi Sukhmani Sahib 2 hours. However a colleague will come to talk and interrupt.

    @paapiman I have lots of respect for Bhai Sahib Vir Singh, a sincere jigasu must listen to their audiobooks. He was comtemporary of Baba Nand Singh, born same year as Baba Nand Singh ji. No Bhai Sahib did not talk about Ras falling, but did talk about Naam Ras while doing Simran. The talk regarding Anhad Shabad was with respect to how some ppl who hear some sounds and claim that its Anhad Shabad (Radhoswamis) & How ppl become impatient about Anhad Shabad. Tinnitinus is not Anhad Shabad. In my opiniom, Purpose of Gurbani is to change ur mindset. More Nirmal, compassion, humility, Bairaag and prem qualities for your Guru - Kaam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh, Ahinkaar melting away. Brig. Partap Singh explains in one video about Baba Nand Singh ji—- When He is from within full manifested intense parkash, yet does not even have a khin(small instance) of maann of that parkaash. Sorry dont remember the exact words.

    Lot of resources online. Listen to Bhai Vir Singh - AudioBook Gurmukhi Sikhya. Bhai Sahib says 5 Shabad is listenned to when 5 doot chor are conquerored. He further says Radhoswamis—- everyone is listenning to anhad shabad, not possible. These days everyone is claiming that they are listenning to Anhaf Shabad. He further says that one need not get impatient about listenning Anhad Shabad. You can evaluate yourself by checking if you still have kaam, krodh, lobh, moh, ahinkaar inside u and judge urself.

    A pathan filled with loads of ugly Kaam visited Baba Karam Singh Hoti Mardan. He was lusting after every woman in town. He was advised to do Simran at Amrit vela. This solved the problem.
