  4. WJKK WJKF Hello gurmuko, I need help. I have no motivation to progress in my spiritual path. I can’t do simran, I just can’t go and sit down except for 30 mins. Even doing my nitnem in the morning is very hard almost impossible. And it’s effecting my everyday life style. I don’t want to go back to how I used to be, because it used to be so draining. No motivation and no chao. Sometimes I think maybe I pushed myself to hard even though I had just begun my journey. And it’s all crashing down. It’s making me very sad that even having this knowledge of knowing that Kaal is doing all this I just don’t how make this stop and feel at peace again. Bhul Chuk Maaf

  6. WJKK WJKF Bro I read through the form, so just wanted to make sure it’s a jaap of a shabad right? Or like say I wanted to do jaap of Shabad Hazare would that be the same thing? Bhul Chuk Maaf
  7. WJKK WJKF Hello gurmukho I have been doing around 3 hours of simran and around 1:30 hour of paath daily. But recently I have lost the excitement I used to have. And now it’s like I have push through the times I have set for me but before It used very to complete these times such as 3 hours of simran. How do I regain that chao or excitement again. Is it just a state that will come and go? Bhul Chuk Maaf
  8. WJKK WJKF Daas is going to try to do 4-5 hours of simran as when summer break comes I will have about 2 and half months off and I’ll be free all day. But I also need to get my body right so working out will be essential. So Im just trying to figure my schedule out. Bhul Chuk Maaf

  11. WJKK WJKF Hello Gurmukh Jio recently since my family said I can’t jaap naam sitting down on the weekdays during school, my maan has been really messed up. I have so many furne and it’s making me panic, because on the weekends they don’t say anything and I am able to do 3 hour jaap sitting down(1:30 morning and 1:30 hour before rehraas sahib). And my mind is so calm practically no furne on the weekends because of the jaap and on the weekdays most I can do 30 mins japp secretly sitting down. But because of this problem I am beginning to curse a lot like I used to, and I don’t want this to happen, but for no reason they just come out my mouth. I am also around kids my age who you know talk about stuff that we shouldn’t and because of that it’s messing me up to. Sorry for the rant but I just needed to get somethings off my chest because I think of you guys as my real family, because I can’t talk to my family about spirituality, it’d just freak them out. So, should I start listening to more Kirtan and normal Gurbani katha instead akath katha all the time? I just want these waves of furne to stop, and for me to progress in my spirituality not go backwards. So what can be done to stop cursing and speak nice words. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  12. WJKK WJKF you shouldn’t self-promoting… Naam takes away all diseases. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  13. WJKK WJKF Yes yes they become one with Vaheguru Ji but they are not Pita Ji themselves but, they are one with them. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  14. WJKK WJKF Bhai Trimandeep Singh question. If a bramgyanni who has become ONE with Vaheguru Ji so has Guru Nanak Dev Ji. So if it’s ONE jot, then everyone are his children and HE is the sat guru. Main Point ONE. What’s the difference between guru Ji and the Gurmukh pyarra who out of viraag and guru Ji kirpa have become one? Forgive me if I am wrong. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  15. WJKK WJKF Gurmukh Jio when I’m doing naam Simran I have leg pain in my right leg and then I can’t focus on Simran because when My leg pain begins around my hamstring area my dyian goes back into body. So I’ve noticed it’s around the 40 min mark this pain becomes present so how can stop this is pain because it is interfering with my Simran. I think it might be my sciatic nerve on my right leg. But this is only a guess please help waheguru ji. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  16. WJKK WJKF I was reading a form on a Gurmukh explaining that there head bobs and they fall asleep and wake up and the other Gurmukh explained that they were going in and out sehaj for a few seconds though with Maharaj's kirpa i have had simran sessions in Amritvela where while doing simran (with live online class) i fell alseep and suddenly woke up after about an hour. First, I though that i just closed my eyes for a little and opened them, but to my concern almost an hour had passed and I thought that that session had no point since "i feel alseep" but the weird thing is that my AmritVela Simran goal is 1 hour and "i woke up" when my session was going to be over also when "i woke up" i didn't feel tired, i thought maybe its because i wasn't getting enough sleep and just felt refreshed but usually when i wake up from sleep i feel tired and heavy. But after i read the form and noticed that i was having the same experience as the gurmukh ji also my head also bobs there has been only a few times where i fully "fell alseep" but now im thinking that wasn't sleep it was sehaj. I was listening to Bhai Simranjit Singh Ji's Katha and he was saying the process of reaching Nirankar and the process of going into Suun. So i am kind of confused should i be trying to go into Suun and whatever happens in the process let it happen just let it happen because Ive also heard Bhai Ji say (oh neend nai ah oh suun ah ohn tho) so he saying sehaj and suun are the same or you need sehaj to get into suun. Should I be aiming for Sehaj? Please Sadh Sangat Jio I just want to reach Nirankar Ji but only with kirpa this can happen, but please tell my the right jugat. Bhul Chuk Maaf Edit: Listening to another katha by Bhai Ji, in Sehaj there is also shabad playing so apprently it was just sleep.
  17. WJKK WJKF Aren't intoxicates a Bujer Kureiht in sikhi? So isn't this against gurmat? Bhul Chuk Maaf
  18. WJKK WJKF Hello Gurmuko, so I was reading online how 6th patshaah did joyti joyti. Even though I never got my solution I did come up on something interesting. The wikipedia page said that Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and Sri Guru Har Sahib wrote bani such as 6th Guru Ji wrote "Brahm Kavach" and it didnt state what Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji wrote but it just said that they started their bani like this "Through the voice of Har Rai, the Guru.". So I don't know if this information is true if it is please let what bani guru ji's wrote so with their kirpa i may read them if they are real. Here is also the article link. Guru Har Rai - Wikipedia
  19. WJKK WJKF Thanks for answering my question on Taking of my kara. I found a solution so we should end this topic before it gets icky, even though I respectifully don't agree with some of the stuff Tarunjot veerji said. Bhul Chuck Maaf
  20. WJKK WJKF I didn't know the exact spelling but when I searched up online "sanskaar" came up. But now that you brought it up I think its "saskaar" my family pronounces it this way. Sorry sangat ji if any mistakes were made. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  21. WJKK WJKF Have you have you ever done Keshie Sanskaar or ever heard of it? Just trying to gain knowledge of stuff our beloved shaheeds sacrificed there lives for. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  22. WJKK WJKF So I went to my friends house and we were learning each other how to tie turbans. And once I combed my hair I asked, "where the trash can?" And he opened a separate bucket full kesh. I asked, "what's this for?" He said "we put our hair in a separate bucket and then do keshie sanskaar (but it in a bucket and burn it), because if you throw it in a trash can that's biedbi (insult)." So I went home and instead of throwing my combed out kesh I put in a bag and plan on doing a keshie sanskaar once the bag is full. Although I have one question do I only do sanskaar of combed kesh? Or all kesh I find on the floor, because as you know the human body sheds 50 to 100 strands a day, but I thought all kesh are the same no matter where they come from and all should be respected. But it's a lot work so if someone can let me know if i'm supposed to pick up all kesh or only combed out kesh. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  23. WJKK WJKF So I’ve read in Bhai Nand Lal Ji’s rehit maryada and it said that if you don’t take cold shower and eat before nitnem it is bad (something along those lines). But see I take 2 showers in day, the first one is Amrit Vela and I switched from taking hot showers to cold showers in Amrit Vela (it’s been a few days). But in the afternoon I also take another shower because I usually have been playing sports and just have been doing things throughout the day. I’ve also been taking cold showers in the afternoon (recently), but I feel like in the afternoon I should take a hot shower to clean the dirt and oil in my pores, and then do a blast cold water for a few minutes. Does this work with the rehit maryada or no? Bhul Chuk Maaf
