    So I started Sehaj Path and it is nearly time for Bhog. I just wanted to know the proper way to do the Bhog for example what do you say in the ardas in, “hai ni-maaniaa dai maan...” and what do you read. Also what do you say in the ardas if you have made parshad.

    Bhai Jagraj Singh ji said that God gave guru Nanak dev ji mool mantra when guru ji was in the court of God, I believe bhai jagraj but just wanted to know if anyone knows where Bhai Ji got this from
