  1. I didn’t know the 3 stages of the Rare Wale shaan was based upon the following 3 dharna shabads. Bhai Jatinder Singh ji explains.

Stage 1. Asa laaga jivaan piyaraa, chir bayho darshan dekhe

Stage 2. Mere man prem lego Har teer

Stage 3. Tu Dharyo Tu, Dhana bina dhana bina, tu dharyo tu.

There are other variations he explains.

Those interested in learning the dharna shaan dholki should watch videos in the series.

Same happened with me .Can i get your number..

That's good. Just keep swallowing it and take it as Waheguru's parshaad. 🙏

Waheguru ji, I don’t share my number because I don’t feel like I’m of any high avasta to be able to guide others. That comes with great responsibility and one must know exactly what they are doing. Playing with people’s spiritual lives is no joke. If I know of something then I’ll share here as will others who come forward in a general capacity.

There are plenty of gurmukhs now available who openly welcome 1 to 1 guidance and I humbly request you reach out to one of them. Try on gurmat meditation who I would recommend you try first. See other thread on how to connect to their platform.

    Waheguru Ji

How bad was going through covid, how long did it take to recover naturally or was it the vaccine.  What was the worst that happened while you were going through it and what helped.

Did it leave lasting effects on you or have recovered from everything.

    Waheguru

Took good couple of weeks to get over main symptoms using over the counter medicines. My cough was quite bad and the shivering.

It has left me with breathing issues and lungs don’t feel like before. Suffering from blood circulation issues with hands and feet feel like I’m holding or walking on ice. Never had these issues before. I can’t put my hands in cold water or drink cold drinks. Messed me right up.

After taking the vaccine it took a couple of days to recover. I had the AstraZeneca jab and my wife had the Pfizer one. She recovered much master and was only mildly affected for a day.

  5. Go and listen to the file Simran_Practical_Bachan_by_Bhai_Kuljit_Singh_Raunta_Ji_0414_04152021.m4a in the Gurmat Meditation telegram group. You will find your answer in there. Go to the classes and spend time to learn the techniques of what you need to do for yourself. You need to put in the time and effort Bro. Go to the Q&A sessions and ask your questions.

I can share what I have understood so far but that might change later down the path.

When I was younger I could hear simran from my surroundings like I ended up being love with everything and everyone even nature and animals. There was a stage where I could hear simran coming from trees and animals where ever I went. Sometimes I could hear Shabads playing. Now I can hear simran from my ears without me moving my mouth or anything? Can someone please explain to me what it is?

By simran I assume you mean you can hear Waheguru jaap internally going on in  automatic pilot. It’s probably the manifestion of Rom Rom simran. When you reach that avasta I hear you can hear simran coming from all around.

Veer Ji, what does sehaj feel like ? are you able to put in into words. I dont think I have ever experienced it, so I am just curious. Does it feel like sleep ...I might have experienced few seconds of sleep during simran but not remembering anything..kind of like a head bob and waking up.

Your nearly there bro with the head drops, just that your going in for only a few seconds. It’s just like falling asleep. I can’t describe it any other way. Like you just vanished. Sometimes you can feel yourself slowly drifting into that state and sometimes it’s quick and you were not aware when it happened, only when you come back round. Can’t say I’m feeling any ras from it though, hence my confusion. From what I understood from her response if you went into that state without thoughts and had no dreams in that state then it's sehaj, otherwise you fallen into bhav sagar.
