This is how I interpret it. Maya is a Wine, drinking it Intelligences departs. Drinking Maya your intoxicated by it, your wealth, home, attachment, fame etc etc. Only by Knowledge can one start understanding God's Will. This is why Guru Ji says that a cup (mind) which is empty (of knowledge) makes the most noise.

Here is a short documentary about Wing Tsun (Wing Chun) history.

Its smiliar to Bhuj Kohl in Shastar Vidiya as Maha Singh pointed point. While doing Bhuj Kohl your not meant to use strenght (if you do it'll make your shoulder muscles hurt), the idea is to stay sensitive, this is also similar concept within Wing Tsun (Wing Chun). What is interesting is that Wing Tsun was invented by a women and Bhuj Kohl relates to the Chandi Pantara but Bhuj Kohl can be appliyed to other pantaray. In tradtional Wing Tsun, kicks are limited to waist.

I hope there some Jet Li fans out there. I dont know if you seen this film but I thought its a good film. Jet Li is using the other guys strength against him, which is also one of the techniques in Shastar Vidiya. By the way, im loving the tune. Well my Gurdev told me that Shastar is like another form of Guru. Me thinking it was a serious topic I turned around and said what my Gurdev said to the akara.

Well Shastar is another form of Guru. We lower our heads at the Guru's feet, the Shastarah are usually arranged in a way to make it look like a lotus flower. The way nitn3m has made it out is that if a Sikh "acts wrongly" then shastar is there for taking out that other Sikh?! I dont know?
