Silence and Maha Singh veero PLEASE start this debate on seperate thread and add my this response there: I believe that Everything in Guru Granth Sahib Ji is a Mantra. "WAHEGURU" being the GurMantar/Naam/Gur-Shabad/Updesh. Basically, Mantra is a divine combination of divine syllables or sounds which when chanted with devotion,faith and emotion gravitate the concerned God or Goddess or deity and secure their divine blessings. Every Mantra has its own unique effect(s). Some people do have allergy to word "Mantra" and they say Sikhism does not believe in Mantra and all the Gurbani has same effect and there is no use to do some particular Path in particular veedi(method); these people are wrong as every Mantra has its only effects and has to done in proper method. For more details, read books like: Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji's Anand Chamatkar, Sant Isher Singh Ji's diary, Sant Waryam Singh Ji books on "Baat Agam Ki", "Amar Gatha" etc. etc. You can also found information about 5 shabad, Anhad Shabad etc. in Sant Waryam Singh Ji's books and Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji's deewan. Everything has to done in particlar format using some formula. GOD canNOT be attained by shear force. Everything in this universe has some formula e.g airplanes with soo much weight flies in air because the scientists found the formula. Another example would be: try lifting a big 500 kilo stone with your bare hands, and then try with one rod underneath the stone and try rolling it....there would be great difference...........Same thing for Mantra, Yantra, and Tantra. BUT that does NOT mean that Yantra can do all the things for you. That's where the Tuks you posted applies. Moreover, these Yantra does have effect but the knowledge to use these Yantras and Mantra can ONLY be learnt from True Saints or from Guru Ji's Granths.......and NOT through normal Pandits etc. So, it is VERY important that you don't depend upon Yantras and run to them for all your problems. Yantra ONLY works if WAHEGURU wants them to. Same thing applies to Reiki, Prana, Acupressure, Homepathic, Allopathy medicines......medicines work ONLY if GOD wants them to. So, still the root is WAHEGURU and if HE provides us with some technique to ease you, then its not bad. das

I even have a problem in general understanding "Mukt Marg Granth" because it is not formatted and therefore I could not understand which veede(technique) for which Shabad(Mantar). Do you or anyone know how to read "Mukt Marg Granth" effectively. Thanks

I came across some things for which I would like to read more if someone has something to tell. From where I can get Panderea (15th Yantar), Chauntiva (34th) Yantar, and Akdam Chakar (Shabad Sidhi). But has GOD created the highest and best creation man (human beings) as dependent and helpless? Man has become miserable, dependent and helpless only by reason of his perverted intellect. In other words: GOD has created every being with prefect organism and has provided it with means to safeguard it against diseases and to preserve its health. Is it possible for a Human who is considered king of 84 lakh species not in a position to cure himself and has to visit doctor and take medicine in order to cure himself?? References of Urine in Scriptures Urine is a gift of nature to mankind to get rid of many physical ills. Auto-urine or Self-urine has been used for healing and cure of diseases for centuries. Urine is a panacea which could be used to create any kind of disease. To name a few: Cancer, Arthritis, AIDS, Eye/Ear problems, Heart diseases, Liver problems, Kidney problems, High/Low blood pressure, Cold, Cough, Fevers, Asthma, Intestines problems, Skin diseases, General Child health, Brain problems, Toothache etc. Basically it can cure smallest-to-smallest and biggest-to-biggest disease. The reference to urine can be found in many ancient scriptures: Hindus: Vedas (Rig-Veda), Damar Tantra; Christians: Bible (Drink water out of thy own cistern); Jain: Vyavahaarsutra; Buddhist: Some Tibetan monks use their own urine; Ayurveda: Bhavprakasha, Sushrut, Harit, Gajnighantu, Yogratnakar, Bhaishajratnavali, Rajnighantu, Vagbhatt, Dhanvantari Nighantu and many more. Nutrient-filled blood passes through the liver where toxins are removed to be excreted as solid waste. The first and last portion of the urine should NOT be collected. Only the middle portion should be collected for drinking. The morning urine is best. If possible the urine should be collected while facing east. Urine should be collected first; secondly attend nature’s call; thirdly clean your teeth; and at last drink the urine. Massage of Urine Urine for massage should be 7 days old. It should be massaged on whole body. Or at-least on soles and hands. I think "Divine Mother" is the power/shakti which is called Maya and through which everything was created. Everything was created by the combination of Kal and Maya. "Kal's" place is also refered as Sun Samad (where there is NULL nothing to experience). GOD is the creator of Kal and Maya. This is my understanding as per "Kabir's Granth" and it is not necessary that I am correct. das

First condition is to REALIZE from deep within your heart. It should be like when you hear shabad "Rakh Laho Hum te Bigre..." your heart should weep and your eyes should become wet pointing that you seriously think that what you did was wrong. Sometimes, we just think we did something wrong and can be reversed by simply doing some path. Its like purchasing forgiveness. So, first realize that you did something wrong. Then do path (I don't know which path particularly) and ask for forgiveness. GOD will show you the path. Moreover, Mahapurashs used to tell some paths to person depending upon their wrong deed/karma. e.g I've heard in one Deewan that Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji asked one person to do 25 Japji Sahib path and he did for 8 long years in order to get rid of danger of being killed because another person's spirit (whom he killed) was trying to kill him......obviously, I did NOT expect that you did something like this......but just an idea...actually this question is intended for Mahapurash and I don't know any Mahapurash on this website. So, just Realize, do your normal path, and then ask for forgiveness.......if your intentions to ask for forgiveness are pure and honest, GOD will show you the path. Thanks

I have NOT said that you should taste degh before bhog.......try to understand.........Mann and Sharda is the main thing.....but if you do it with correct technique, then it's Sone te Sujaga. In other words offer your Mann and not just the technique.

Prepare any food or parshad out of sharda and while reciting Bani......it will be accepted by the Guru. It will attract positive forces/spirit. It seems like people forgot the sakhi where one old lady gives joothe bher (after tasting them in order to avoid giving sour bher to Shri Ram Chandar) to Shri Ram Chandar and then Sri Ram Chandar accepts those.

Could someone please shed some light on 14 types of Vidya (Fields of knowledge) that are present in this world. And also please post from where you heard these. It will be more helpful if you could post some Sants/Mahatamas bachans on this topic. das

Let me write down what I heard in diwans of Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji (Rara Sahib wale): 1. Doing Ishnan in Tiraths DO erase paap but Tiraths (including Ganga) canNOT give mukti. 2. Tiraths (including Ganga) do erase paap of normal man and provide pavitarta/purity by a devta/devi assigned to that Tirath. 3. Tirath devta removes the paap of bathing persons by taking their paap on his/her own shoulders. 4. After some time, the devtas gets enough paap on his/her shoulders; and can therefore no longer provide the purity to bathing persons. 5. These Tirath devtas do get purity and shed the paaps on their shoulders (which they got from people bathing in them) by touching the feet of Brahmgyanis (Anyone who is One with GOD). 6. Due to 4th and 5th point, Kumbh-Mela started taking place regularly (e.g Maha-Kumbh after 12 years etc.) so that Brahmgyanis from far places come and take ishnan in Ganga and provide Ganga the required purity so that it (Ganga) can continue to erase paap further from the people taking bath in them. From the above points, it is quite clear what Gurbani says and what history says (that many Sants visit and take Ishnan in Ganga) are in sync. It is ignorance to say that actual Sants (or true Brahmgyanis) go to Ganga for their betterment; in-fact they (True Brahmgyanis) go their for the betterment of Ganga and for the people who have faith in Ganga. So, taking bath in Ganga is not Anti-Gurmat but relying on Ganga for Mukti is definately Anti-Gurmat. Moreover, after around 5000 or 10,000 years (I forgot exactly) in Kalyug these devta providing shudi/purity/pavitarta to Tiraths will run from earth; they will abandon their Tiraths and then no longer Tiraths could provide Shudi. das
