i think the best way to help people is giving it to them in person, or no a trusted company! when i was in kenya my cousins told me all the stuff you give to red cross, etc are just being picked up and being sold on the streets! and i am not surprised... just give when you can and be careful who u give it too! its sad, and everytime i don't finish food or anythin i feel all bad as well! sadd!

well in my opinion no one religion is "perfect" or good in a way, same with the cultural aspect as well... we all have our bad ones, the good ones and the neutral.. its just ignorance to think that a whole section of one religion is to blame for a few peoples choices.... its important to be knowledgable about others backgrounds and relgions and cultures... so if someone ever blames your own religion/ culture or something, just say politely the are wrong, or ignore them, no point fighting an ignorant fool... kinda off topic but stilll in the theme::: today someone in my chem class said it was GOOD if third world countries used DDT, but not us!! I was furious for their ignorance, i just raised my hand and then spoke polietly that you are ignorant to say so, and i siad my reasons (grasshopper effect etc...) lol i shut him down, lol and the class all were liek ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lol but still i think i was a little mad at the moment, but the fact is that people need to TELL them that they are wrong and get their facts straight before they ASSUMe stupid remarks, DON'T let it pass it by, but at the same time don't let it GET to u, let them gain knowledge first, and if they still want to be ignorant leave em! one, keep on smiling

ummm are u sure water gets rid of fat??? --keep in mind fat is used for energy storage... ok well i am not against creatine, its probably the safest thing out there for people who want to get muscle enhancing and are really doing intense sports and training. It is by far the safest compared to steroids, and all that ishhh. but nothing beats working hard and gaining the results u want on your own... creatine is used for energy production, ATP...and its for such a short period of time,,, and its PRICEY.. i dunno well my presentation on creatine is a week and half from now.. wish me luck! i made this huge model of creatine... and i even bought it to show the class... lol haha but i ain't goin to use it (prob sell it later... lol) thanks truth singh for the sites ! one

yeah i think its good to make children come to the habit to, even if they don't really understand, im not sure what EXACTLY we bow down for.. maybe someone cud explain that to me...?? didn't our gurus say no worship or something, i mean i know we are not bowing at a "book", that we are bowing what is in the Guru Granth Sahib and its teachings, but still lil confused... maybe someone can clear things up for me.... keep on smiling
