Does anyone have more details on the life of Shaheed Baba Prahlad Singh jee (he wrote a Rehatnama too)?

Mahapurakh were born in a Brahman family and fought without his head (like Srimaan 108 Amar Shaheed Baba Deep Singh jee).

Thanks

There is debate whether there was one or two Prahlad Rai's. In Paonta Sahib there was a Kashmiri Brahmin named Prahlad Rai who translated some 50 Upanishads. It is not certain whether it is the same Prahlad Rai who wrote the Rahitnama or if it is someone else.

Thanks for the info brother.

Three points are certain:

  • Baba jee was born in a Brahman family
  • Baba jee wrote a Rehatnama
  • Baba jee fought without head

The last two points are confirmed by Srimaan 108 Sant Gyani Gurbachan Singh jee Khalsa Bhindranwale in Gurbani Path Darpan.

There might have been another Sikh, by the name of "Prahlad".
