This Paanth has been opressed several times, and severely and not without leaving a mark. 

Three foreign paradigms effect Sikhs the most.

 Islam, the worlds worst man made religion, and largest satanic cult. Hates black people. 

White Anglo Saxon Protestantism similar to above. Hates black people. 

The cult of so called modern day living similar to above. Fetishizes and hates black people. 

When you find yourself agreeing with these people. And not Gurbani.....

You need to go inside and cut that part out.
