But I cannot understand the process fully from the Amrit posts because there are alot of punjabi words that I don’t know the meaning of. please can someone simplify for me in English. Please clarify; 1.) what is Amrit? 2.) what is the process of Amrit? 3.) Why do some Sikhs take Amrit and some do not? 4.)
