I was meditating yesterday and since then I have been hearing this constant low frequency noise in my ears. i thought it was tinnitus at first. It's been there since yesterday morning. I tried to plug my ears to sleep and that's when I realized that it was coming from inside my head. Can anyone tell me if this is really tinnitus or it some other sign? People experience tinnitus as many different and sometimes variably changing and intertwining sounds.
