Try the Sikh Missionary Society in Southall. It's address is featherstone Rd, Southall.

Although if you want high brow books written by scholars who no one reads are mostly gather dust on the shelves then try SOAS or British Library.

Not directly related to the issue...

Do we have any information about the Sikh Literature destroyed in the Library at Shri Darbar Sahib Ji during 1984 OBS ? I have heard that there were some original hand written works of some scholars which were destroyed forever... Are these books easily available ?

Have we taken any special steps like backup planz in case history repeats itself... i.e. 1984 ? Is there any place outside India where the copies of these are being preserved... ?

In 1984, some hand written works of even Guru Sahiban were taken away by the army. Lt. Gen. Brar knows where these books etc. have been kept. He was the commander for the Operation blue star.

I live in Mohali, where the great drama 'Pro-Kala-Afgana v/s Anti Kala-Afgana' took place yesterday. Some were arrested. Some were protected (by Police). No one cares about the books misplaced by Lt. Gen. Brar.

Don't you know that Dr. Pyar Singh's book was based on a copy of Guru Granth Sahib, which was appeared right after Operation blue star? He wanted to prove that.............

Now some people want to prove that 'Amrit Sanchaar' is not required. They know that the precious books and other papers are not there to prove them wrong.

The Sikhs are facing a very serious threat, but they do not know who is their enemy. Some think it is India, some think it is Hindu religion, some think it is RSS. Sikhs are firing constantly. In my college time, I acted in a play 'Anney Nishaanchi'. I think the Sikhs are 'Anney Nishaanchi', just firing. They do not know who is their enemy. WAIT A MINUTE PLEASE, the Sikhs do not WANT TO KNOW who is their enemy.

-'Amrit'
