Xylitol Posted September 20, 2005 Report Share Posted September 20, 2005 Do simran of Ik Onkar only IF it has something attached to it. whether it is Satnam, Satnam Karta purakh ... or the entire Mool Mantur. This will help control the shakti. It is advisable to NOT give up recitaiton of mool mantr.
