In real world use it is probably faster than bittorrent, though you will have to become an active member of a 'hub' or server, and you will usually have to be an active uploader to the community. The problem with this is that you will need to find servers that deal in what you want, and you will have to wait for stuff to become available in your community - the thing is people use torrents before making their files availabe to the community. I would use it as a sideline to bitorrent...if you can find your file on dc++ then great, but nothing can beat torrents for sheer choice and availaibilty of media. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
