  1. But how do you know they(the callers) are all Jats? for all you know they could be Tarkhans. I know a Tarkhan family from my nanke's pind. They are very close to us, almost like Rishtedaars. Their daughter went to India to marry a boy. When he was sponsored to the west, and had a baby with her and is also Pakkaa, now he is openly saying to her that he only married her to come to the west and even keeps an affair to her knowledge. He sleeps separately from her in the same house. Her mother thinks he will likely separate from her once he has enough money saved. But the girl(his wife) is still in denial and is trying to salvage the marriage any way she can. So bad guys come in all castes and races my friend. You should not judge and say all the bad guys are Jats lol
  2. No because Bani whether it is Dasam or Aad, it should be read by all Sikhs because Bani cleanses the Mann of Janam Janam di Mail. And practice of self defence should be practiced by all to protect one's self and Dharm. This cannot be equated to consuming Sharab and Kabob which is a Kalyugi trait
  3. The funniest part is Harjap's reaction when he finds out about his wife in India and says Balle and the other guy thinks he's complimenting him and gets flattered.
  4. Examples of a few Sikh intelligentsia are: Sants of Bhindranwale Sampradah Bhai Kahn Singh Nabha Bhai Vir Singh Prof Sahib Singh Giani Harbans SIngh Akali Kaur Singh Piara Singh Padam Pandit Kartar Singh Dhakha Prof Puran Singh Dr Harbhajan Singh You are naming common Kathakars and now even politicians and presenting them as Sikh intelligentsia. I think you should worry more about Hindu intelligentsia such as Bapu Asaram, Swami Nithiananda, Ashok Singhal, Raj Thakre, and the general Hindu writers and politicians who support their actions before worrying about Sikh intelligentsia.
  5. No one considers these men as "Sikh intelligentsia". And Dhadrianwala and Pinderpal are Kathakars. Moranwali is a Dhadhi. We have Sikh intelligentsia.
  6. this isn't Bewakoofi, it is just plain sinful and shameless. People no longer have the fear of God in them which is why they sin so much and not even feel an iota of shame as the caller
  7. I'm talking about my ancestors who were Punjabi Hindus. Are you from Rajasthan or Maharasthra? Punjabi Hindus after the fall of the Shahis lived the most humiliating existence in punjab while Hindus in other parts of India still fought with Muslims.
  8. No, that's Jeonwala. Ghagha was a worker in the Bijli Board.
  9. All I know is our ancestors lived a humiliating existence before they became Sikhs. This fact was confirmed by none other than Sher who unwittingly made a quote about how people of India lived under Islamic rule. Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Jee who blessed us with Sikhi and took us out of slavery!
  10. JC and jtloc, no one should have to be killed for having different views. The traditional Sikh response to such people has been to answer them in the same way which is though Vichaar. Counter them with words not the sword. The sword is only used against the sword in defense. You know the old saying, the pen is mightier than the sword.
  12. This proves beyond the doubt of the humiliating status of the Hindus under Islamic rule, this is what I was talking about, thank you! We only got Sardari after we became Singhs of Guru Gobind Singh Jee who taught us to live like lions instead of the helpless lambs we were before becoming Sikhs who would be sacrificed by the Islamic wolves. Guru jee turned these helpless lambs(Punjabi Hindus) into lions(Sikhs) who then went on to hunt down the wolves(Muslim Pathans/Turks)
  13. Yeah I've been to Kandh Sahib near Chakri Bazar in Batala. That's were Guru Jee got married. Were you an eye witness of Guru Jee getting married? or were you the camera man during the marriage? No! then stop acting like you know something. Guru Jee married around Ik Onkaar. He rejected purohits, vedic rituals since childhood.
  14. No that's not the same. Aspirin and Advil are used for minor pains and headaches. I already said, people during olden times took Bhang when they would get injured in war with a sword cut or bullet wound. It was used as a pain killer. Today if people again go to war, then I don't see anything wrong with people taking these things to relieve their pain. But today unfortunately the opposite has happened. We don't have anymore wars, but Singhs are talking drugs for recreational purposes and justify this paap by saying we are doing what puraatan Singhs used to do.
  15. Yes in cases of war like Puraatan times. How many wars are Sikhs fighting today that we need to use drugs for "medicinal" purposes? yet today apnay abuse these drugs like there's no tomorrow. Truth be told, fear of God has left our people. We do all sorts of Paap and justify it using all sorts of witty excuses. Not too long ago I was talking to a so called Singh who tried to justify having extra marital affairs. No matter what I said to him, he came up with all sorts of witty excuses of why having affairs is not only justifiable but even beneficial for his marriage and health. I couldn't help but nod my head in disbelief at how human beings can justify Paap. But in Gurbani it says, Paap Bura, Paapi Ko Pyara. A Paapi will always find Paap very endearing.
  16. I think the reason she ignores it is because that is what her intended white audience wants to hear of an Asian demeaning her culture as being very barbaric and backward. A lot of apnay do this and write books which then go on to become best sellers. Although what happened to her sister is very unfortunate. But that was during the 80s. Today in Punjab women are not forced to marry at such a young age of 14 or 15 as her sisters were.
  17. Meat, Alcohol, Apheem are all allowed in Sikhi. Why don't we also add heroin, cocaine and Doday while we're at it.
  18. I don't have the source. But I have heard this from kathakars since I was a kid. I will try to find the source though. Guru Jee were not believers in Vedic rituals. They rejected wearing the Janju and doing phere around fire while invoking the various Devtas. Guru Jee taught us that if we must then only Vaheguru must be invoked.
  19. They weren't Arya Samaji's in the strict sense of the term as you are trying to make it to be. They were Sikhs who were into Arya Samaj. At the time many Sikhs were into Arya Samaj. For example, the bollywood film star Dharmindra, his family are also Sikhs who were into Arya Samaj, it doesn't mean they aren't Sikhs. Family of Bhagat Singh when Bhagat Singh was alive were Sikhs. They had Anand Karajs and Akhand Paaths like other Sikhs while also being into Arya Samaj and communism. My Nanke for example are hardcore communists. Yet they also had Anand Karaj and Akhand paaths like regular Sikhs.
  20. The first Anand Karaj was done by Sri Guru Nanak Dev Jee. Instead of doing Phere around the fire, he wrote Ik Oankaar on a piece of paper and did His marriage Phere around Bani. After the Tenth Guru, Sikhs were in a life and death struggle going through many genocides. As a result many Sikhs forgot about Anand Karaj, especially the new converts. But the Nirankaris revived this tradition.
  21. Very true, they are already targeting Mazhabi Sikhs. Christianity has nothing to offer, yet due to the dedication of their missionaries and carelessness of our people they are converting people. And Christian missionaries are very sly in the the way they convert people in India. They use terms that Indian people feel comfortable with like calling Jesus - Satguru, Ishwar, Congregation - SatSangat hymn singing - Kirtan, Bhajan Bible - Bani Heaven-Swarg Congregational food - Langar Very often they will even lie and misinterpret Bani to spread their message. For example, in Guru Gobind Singh Jee's bani, Guru Jee has used the term Issa(short for Ishwar) but Christian missionaries twist this and say Guru Jee is talking about Jesus. They use Chhal/Freb(deceit) to spread their religion.
  22. Well the Christian I was talking to is going to some other part of India and his main target is going to be Hindus. As a result he has been learning Hindi and learning about he Hindu religion. These guys are very sophisticated in what they do. It's always good to have links with preachers of other religions to see what they're thinking.
  23. I like to keep links for Chrisians and Muslims in order to see what's going on in their head. Just today I was talking to a Christian who said he is going to India to preach Christianity to the Hindus. He told me that the main points he will use against Hinduism is their caste system. Believe it or not, but the caste system is a huge negative point of India. Otherwise the Sametic religions have nothing to offer over Dharma religions which are much more advanced than the middle eastern religions. Now Sikhi is in the advantage that Gurmat also does not believe in the caste system. We need to get rid of this casteism mindset. Jaat Paat means nothing. Aatma has no caste or race. That is why Guru Jee has said Manas Ki Jaat Sabai EK Pehchanbo. Furthurmore, a Sikh should not even think of another Sikh's caste. Guru Jee has said "Amrit Ko Pani kahe, Sikh ki Poochai Jaat, Kahe Gobind Singh, Nand Laal Jee, Seedhe Jampur Jaat! Meaning, "a Sikh who says Amrit is just mere water and a Sikh who inquire's about another Sikh's caste", Says Gobind Singh: "Nand Laal Jee, he will go straight to the pits hell!"
