If yes, then you can choose a simple Gurbani Mantra and start reciting it with full focus and attention (after a cold shower) for a specific period of time. You can start off by meditating with it (Mantras listed below) for approximately 6 minutes (on a daily basis), if you want. You can start repeating these small Gurbani Mantras below, if you want (there is a reference in Sikh literature to them). Please listen to the audio below (the first two words). It is good that you have seen the benefits of Celibacy and developed some level of self-control. Now you need to start doing Naam Simran (Mantra Meditation) and Ardas (Supplication) on a regular basis.   20. Here are the translations and transliterations of the Shabad (whose Kirtan in posted in the previous post). It is a simple Shabad. Hopefully you will like it. ਅਉਖੀ ਘੜੀ ਨ ਦੇਖਣ ਦੇਈ ਅਪਨਾ ਬਿਰਦੁ ਸਮਾਲੇ ॥ aukhī gharī n dēkhan dēī apanā birad samālē . RS (Samaaley = taking care/remembering) maintaining (apna = own) IT’s (birad-u) tradition, IT does not (deykhan deyee = let see) let him/her face (aukhi) difficult (gharri) time. 1. ਹਾਥ ਦੇਇ ਰਾਖੈ ਅਪਨੇ ਕਉ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲੇ ॥੧॥ hāth dēi rākhai apanē kau sās sās pratipālē .1. RS The Almighty (deyee= gives, haath = hand) helps and (raakhai) protects (apney kau = own) IT’s devotee and (pratipaalai = nurtures) takes care of him/her (saas-i saas-i = with every breath) every moment. ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਿਉ ਲਾਗਿ ਰਹਿਓ ਮੇਰਾ ਚੀਤੁ ॥ prabh siu lāg rahiō mērā chīt . RS (Meyra) my (cheet-u) mind (laag = attached, rahio = remains) is ever in remembrance – and obedience - (sio) of (prabh) the Master. ਆਦਿ ਅੰਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਦਾ ਸਹਾਈ ਧੰਨੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਮੀਤੁ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ād ant prabh sadā sahāī dhann hamārā mīt . rahāu . RS (Prabh-u) the Master (sadaa) for ever (sahaai = helpful) comes to the aid of the servant, (aad-i) from beginning to (ant) end; (hamaara) our (meet-u) friend is (dha’nn-u) great. (Rahaau) dwell this and contemplate. ਮਨਿ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਭਏ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕੇ ਅਚਰਜ ਦੇਖਿ ਬਡਾਈ ॥ man bilās bhaē sāhib kē acharaj dēkh badāī . RS My (man-i) mind (bhaey) is (bilaas-i) happy (deykh-i) seeing (achraj) the wondrous play and (baddaaee) virtues (key) of (sahib) the Master. ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਆਨਦ ਕਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਾਈ ॥੨॥੧੫॥੪੬॥ har simar simar ānad kar nānak prabh pūran paij rakhāī .2.15.46. RS Says fifth Nanak: (Simar-i simar-i) ever remember and obey (har-i) Almighty and (anad/anand kar-i) be happy/have confidence that (prabh-i) the Master (pooran= fully) ever (rakhaaee) protects (paij) the honor of IT’s devotees. 2. 15. 46.
