Bro, it was mentioned in katha (by Srimaan 108 Sant Gyani Gurbachan Singh jee Khalsa Bhindranwale) that women get "Manukhi Dehi", if they recite Sri Sukhmani Sahib jee. Therefore, there is a clear difference between Manukhi dehi and a woman's body. Bhul chuk maaf
-
It is most likely true. "Manukh" word is derived from Sanskrit and refers to a man, not a woman or a transgender. One of the words for a woman is "Ardhagani" (half of something). That is also a reason, she cannot be in Panj Pyaray. Gyani Thakur SIngh jee mentioned that in his katha. Bhul chuk maaf

Correct me if I am wrong - "Manukhi Deh" only refers to a male body. Women are a form of Maya. Bhul chuk maaf

Paaji, can you please explain what "Mantar Sidhi" is? Thanks Bhul chuk maaf

Even, the so-called SRM instructs the girl to hold the palla. Bhul chuk maaf

If there is no Rehatnama or Hukamnama by master, which prohibits women from doing Kirtan seva at Sri Harmandir Sahib jee, then they must be allowed to do this seva; as long as they don't do it, when they are on their periods (hygiene protocol). Gurparsaad, Daas will try to make a detailed post regarding menstruation and Sikhism. Bhul chuk maaf

Is there any statement in any Rehatnama or Hukamnama by master, which prohibits women from doing Kirtan seva at Sri Harmandir Sahib jee? Thanks Bhul chuk maaf
-
Sangat jee - If this Gyani Amritpal Singh believes that the so-called SRM is the right maryada, then there is a hypocrisy in his view. He says that the "ritual of holding a palla is created by people not by guru". In the so-called SRM itself, it is clearly mentioned that the girl has to hold the sash of the boy and the girl is suppose to follow the boy. Please have a look below: On one hand, this Gyani is referring to this so-called SRM (to support women in Panj Pyaray) and on the other hand, he is going against it. This might be hypocrisy. Thanks for the info brother. Three points are certain: Baba jee was born in a Brahman familyBaba jee wrote a RehatnamaBaba jee fought without headThe last two points are confirmed by Srimaan 108 Sant Gyani Gurbachan Singh jee Khalsa Bhindranwale in Gurbani Path Darpan. There might have been another Sikh, by the name of "Prahlad". Bhul chuk maaf

Does anyone have more details on the life of Shaheed Baba Prahlad Singh jee (he wrote a Rehatnama too)? Mahapurakh were born in a Brahman family and fought without his head (like Srimaan 108 Amar Shaheed Baba Deep Singh jee). Thanks Bhul chuk maaf

Bro, was the Phulkian misal primarily composed of Brar/Sidhu Jatts? Bhul chuk maaf

Shameful and disgusting statement. Bhul chuk maaf

The second slide (from top) mentions that Brar ancestors were initiated. Therefore, most likely, these Jatts considered themselves as Sikhs. Bhul chuk maaf

paapiman replied to paapiman's topic in Sikhi | Questions and Answers
Bro, is it the Bhai Desa Singh jee, who wrote the Rehatnama? Are Baba Bachitar Singh jee and Baba Uday Singh jee related to Srimaan 108 Amar Shaheed Baba Mani Singh jee? Bhul chuk maaf -
Srimaan 108 Amar Shaheed Baba Deep Singh jee was born in a Sandhu Jatt family. https://books.google.ca/books?id=BihuAAAAMAAJ&dq="deep+singh"+caste&q=sandhu+jat&pgis=1&hl=en#search_anchor Bhul chuk maaf

Sangat jee: There were two battles fought between Singhs and Jatts (Brars). Jatts were the culprits, who instigated this conflict. For more details, one can read Episode# 137 and 138 in Sri Gur Panth Prakash by Gyani Rattan Singh jee. Some highlights (including the causes) of the first battle are below: Bhul chuk maaf
