  1. Im defo with you on the weak community bit.. Too right we have to balance ourself with shant ras, other wise we wouldnt be sikhs just some tamoguni rakshus who like to eat train and kill..lol... I will defo go veg once once circumstances are right... Nah bro.. not taking anything..bcaa is what peoples are taking in gym..thought it might be something you may consider..Interesting thing my mate said was that only take pre supps if your feeling like shit and tired to give you a boost...which explains why i felt like crap with the comedown as i took it when i was already energized..
  2. I don't really believe in coincidence, everything for a reason!! You just have to work out why you bumped into that person.. as long as you have a full name, nowadays its so easy to track people,, living or dead.. With martial arts training you are in a much better position to protect yourself and family. Doesnt mean your gonna become superman but you will be in a position to take out multiple people..remember most street fighters and trouble makers are not trained fighters but they are more willing to stick something in you, so again training how to deal with knife attacks etc holds you in better sted then if you didnt train.. You can get training from sangat at your local gurdwara, im sure someone has done some sort of training..or learn from family/friends..my cuz has done bjj for years.. so i just ask him to teach me basic locks and ground work (not much effort at all) At gurdwareh there should be peredar..so when there is a function or whatever mans should be outside being vigilant. Im sure in maharajs time as the sangat were getting bliss from kirtan etc there were warriors guarding the fort..some people get anand out of this aswell..

  5. when i first heard it was sulleh, my first reaction was 'naa mate'..cont be..but thinking about it, its irrelevant, as when sh1t hits uk (which it will, soon) no one cares..there's no 'one' enemy, just you against it..honestly.   6. @chatanga1..you may need to get a routine going as boring as it may seem..imbalance of muscles is what leads to injury..in some cases long term... I tried to do stretches/yoga learning from you tube but it helps a bit, but not my thing..it realy isn't..plus im not realy too bothered about certain asans but really feel the need to be in a some what chonkra asan ..and rule i heard is the hips should be same level or above knees, hence my investment in that cusions....works for me.. @dalsingh101..ive cut down on cardio to once a week and weights as usual...ive found im still sore day after workouts..could be that i need more protein..but its a good sore not a tendor sore so i put up with it..really contemplating protein shakes... you may want to look into bcaa supp... regarding your veg diet with creatine...each to their own obviously, but for me eating meat is more then protein.its the kind of person you are..and this is not a bad thing, it depends on your bhagti and your expression of this bhagti..

  9. I don't think its a big deal, if you feel like going then do what you got to do.. Its more to do with you and what your gonna feel when you go. When my nani passed away i would go to her house and just sit there, i didn't even know why.. It made me think about death and the reality of it at the same time really understanding that no one really dies man..I could share more but feel not to, but i do feel its not really about the grave itself but the thoughts/feelings that will become pargat when you go. But you need to be in a certain environment for this to happen..I think 'guru' does this on purpose..
  10. Yeh there's meat shop near seven kings station run by panjabis.. Its pretty simple to make..I make it myself..I make a big patila so used gas outside in garden plus it smells aswell..I start about 7am and normally that evening its made..but i make a lot at onetime im sure the less you make the quicker it is made.. All you do fill pot with water and bit of salt and bring to boil.. put krondeh in and leave it be, stirring now and again.tills its dissolved or when it becomes like soup,, not thin but not thick either..You may need to add water (judge this for yourself).. You can have it straight or mix with thorka...for me i just have it cos its good for me...not bothered about taste..dont have too much at once..maybe half a pint every other day
  11. bruva brace yourself.lol.. basically its goats feet and ankle which you boil. becomes a soup which you drink.this takes a good 12-16 hours of boiling...its very 'garm'..very good for joints..i know cos some desi told me as ive broken ankle/shoulder/hand aswell as having knee pains.. and he suggested this...it puts 'grease' in your joints...better in winter as its very garm but ive had it in summer too...in summer its like a pre-sup man..

Good advice with breathing, a common mistake is to hold your breath (but sometimes this is natural on last push on heavy weight) Everyone at the gym is on supps, literally everyone.. pre supps and protein shakes go hand in hand... and quiet a few on roids aswell.. i would never advise anyone to take roids but if you do decide to go down that route be sensible interms of how you take it..6 weeks on 6 weeks off...

Again personally i would not suggest dyaan where you leave yourself totally open as aura is week and your basically leaving your channels open without protection... a gate which negative energy looks to enter... This is more external entering internal for internal dyaan i also agree that you can go deep in your dyaan to attain dark energies and powers, which is much easier to do then to battle to achieve light (which is where ego is waiting for you..)... A few tips to strengthen aura... main thing, recite bani/jaap of manter...i would say recite loudly, so vibration is in you and out of you... Dont keep company with people with a sh1t vibration, if you cannot pick this up you will be able to tell from their habits ie smoking/drinking..avoid pubs/clubs etc Cold showers hot baths with rock/sea salt (holland and barrett)...sit for about 15-20 mins..the loon your mum makes sabji with dont work!! go on veg diet until aura strengthened then go back of non veg if you want.. Try being less exposed to radiation..simple things like use hands free when on phone, and switch phone off when going to sleep.. these are simple 'doable' steps for average person.....I suppose you can go to people for help, which is a risk because theres so many pakandi babeh about but ultimately its a lonely journey, so best to become strong yourself and rely on number one!!...

  16. I can just about do a chonkra..i got a yoga zafu cusion which i sit on to do path/dyaan..But can imagine focus bein on hips and lower back stretches for that asan.. Whats your training routine like?? do people take creatine and protein shakes without actually training?? Ive spoken to few people at gym who take creatine, and common thing i heard is that they get a bit aggressive, more so if they haven't hit weights hard.. @dalsingh101.. have you found any differences so far with creatine?? there's always alternative exercises.. like dips with bench and feet on chair, and if possible get someone to put weight disks on your lap... Good time to start training with t-shirt season coming in..lol tip!!..as biceps hard muscle to hit and get big..secret is to do exercises very slowly (or cheat an smash out the tricep)

I would not advise to 'meditate' yet as for you to be in this state theres gaps/holes in your aura which is very weak.. I would concentrate on japna.. so true..

Yeh.. training is going sweat as...Just focused and i'm actually enjoying weights, which is a bit strange..3 days weights/3 days cardio (bag/skipping) Im not taking any supps at all.. i've just stocked up on tuna and alot of breast chicken from meat shop... Having 4 meals instead of 3... Its true your not gonna get as big or lift as much if your not on supps but i suppose thats the compromise...i think supps defo good idea if your goin on veg diet..
