I have thought about this for few minutes/moments, i think instead of putting users on quality control. We need to start lock repetitive threads based on similar topic or same back and forth criteria that way we discourage the users to open up similar threads and back and forth arguing and hopefully we can encourage users to sway their interest more and more towards deep profound gurbani vichar/ commentary and deep experiential -direct experience topics/ threads.

What you guys think?

Here are translations, note its not exact word by word but i have tried very best to provide essence meaning, please forgive me if there any mistakes mere mortals can only try so much:

Nanak Padh daie Arth (Meaning of Nanak term)

1. Nanak is free from counting/numbers/types. Nanak is free from duality, that which is non dual is Nanak

  Jot roop har aap Guru nanak kahaieo || 

Vahiguru Jot roop which is awakened light/knowledge is Guru nanak

2. Just like how everything in this world has two sides, two positions, two- duality but nanak(non duality) is opposite of ank (duality)

3. Anek term deonates dulta 0 always moving/changing not constant

Nanak is which is free from duality, is ek ras (constant/permenant), free from counting/numbers

4. Na (means purakh - complete supreme being) An (free) AK (means dukh- sorrow) - complete supreme being which is sat(eternal) chit (pure consciousness/knowledge) anand (bliss) which is free from sarrow/sadness/misery that saroop(formless form) is real/absolute complete truth form, that formless form satguru nanak manifsted itself to save bhagats (devotee).

5. Na (Non) that which is all prevading in all. Alaf (which is ek ras - constant), non ( that which provides absolute nihal-hapiness to all) kaf (kanaet) that which gives complete contenment/grace to all is nanak

6. N (purak- complete being) An + ak - free from sadness/suffering. That (Ak) which is free from sadness/suffering (An) paremshvar is nanak.

7. (Noun) that which gives good attributes, that Alaf (ala roop (noun) gives nauyemat/graceful/contenment is Nanak.

Some of our naive desis usually put one or two minor issues as forefront to affiliate themselves with party that and quick opportunity to enjoy mp freedom. These days becoming entry level mp is as easy as having real estate license, good vocal spokesperson at the gurdwara/temple/church/mosque. These people don't realize, conservatives gorreh will never have these people at higher positions, they always will be used as stragetic ethnic tokens, street level water boys, photo-ops, push bills like controversial two tier citizenship bills (using desi to table the bill c24.- how bloody convenient ) 

I  think its comes down to political will of the party leader for example here - we have three parties, not all are playing colonising games of past some of leaders such as liberal past leader- trudeau, paul martin and jean chertian really helped aborginal first nation people help them with royalties, better health, perserving their tradition/culture, infrastructure, education, reserves, addictions programs for them in the past but there are many corrupt leaders within first nations who ate lot of money just like how we have badal and co.

Let me get this straight , problem isn't what his statement is - he can believe whatever he wants to do, he has full right to do so but problem he along with other right wing shenanigans like him using political secular platform to spread his views. He has speak to all of his constituents not just sikhs. Its not limited to only sikh only platform...also i have seen others also including evangelical / Anglican/sharia islamic influenced people also bringing their tribal views as well in secular context- which is contrary to fabric of this great Canadian nation - charter right and freedoms.

It's so bloody ironic that people will attack same values - charter right and freedoms which gave them full rights to practise of religion, liberty, to wear whatever they wish when they are in comfortable position.

We should stop becoming like ungrateful some of crazy sullehs people who eats the hands that feed them, give them opportunity to start a new life in country but yes  at the same time we should also be vary of going too left as well.

I strongly believe essence teaching should be widely available for direct experience for all- regardless of collective consciousness of community is eligible/ready or not. That way, at least option is there- if it resonates with people great if it does not its great too. We need to realize mind is very powerful thing whatever is given to mind that becomes its reality so by giving relatives realities in package our parcharikhs are not doing any favour they actually make it people reality..What should be done- absolute reality should be given first then relative realities so it caters all. The fact is overall non duality message in mool mantar, gurbani and direct non duality-advai or advait underlining absolute reality message (repeated 20 times in akaal ustat alone) is almost never unheard of in mainstream sikhi circles is quite mind boggling to me. Recent phenomena, basic of sikhi parchar limits sikhi -reduced to meditation experiential state in dasam dwar does not do full justice to gurbani depth or deep layers of sikhi. I am not holding anything against them as they are doing so under "basic" of sikhi, hopefully people don't limit sikhi to that only. Anyway, my point of this thread is much more, we already know how church state couldn't get essence teaching ended up misaligning lot of its followers either inadvertently or advertently for their political power, control of masses.

Are we heading towards same mistakes christians did giving too much control to church state by having black/white, devoid of direct spiritual experience, rigid interpretations of  scriptures  interpretation masses did - ended up misinterpreted their scriptures or jesus was? I beleive most of misinterpertation was done due to lack of understanding intially but later it was hijacked by church state for power, control via fear mongering, duality

Its all starts from confining to one interpretation/one line interpretation/one dimensional thought process- holding one interpretation true over mystical experience/spiritual aspects of scriptures and that gives religious right wing nut jobs a chance to create rigid structures around so that they can control people and masses as they wish via fear mongering and they would also as bonus throw bunch of dogmatic notions among people to ensure  innocent people wrap their head around it and be stuck in it and can never come out of it and have personal spiritual experience of their own and think outside of box of their own.

Luckily, we have puratan samparda deep mystical study of gurbani taught in traditional schools, antriv katha of gurbani/gurbani gnosis by gnosis master such as sant gurbachan singh bhindranwale, bhai sahib bhai vir singh ji, pandit narain singh ji, sant amir singh ji perserved so message is not totally lost. But it does not stop with preservation, we need youths to take torch , learn vidya and spread the vidya to sikh masses to raise collective consciouness of our community so that we don't ended up falling in hands of our version of church state which will make sikhi just like another abhramic faith with rigid interpretations, one dimensional thought, dogmatic notions.
