Lets say its a typical 'holy day' like the day of sun. Once you do nitnem etc in morning the effects lasts till 8 am. After that mind starts running towards the world in full mode. If you can put a speed bump between 11 am to 12 PM by meditating or simran you can keep mind in check. Little speed bumps along the way can keep mind in awareness esp for a beginner. And then you reach evening time where mind naturally wants to rest again. This is just my experience. Just based on my intuition I can feel that timings such as 6 am, 12 pm or 4-7 pm & 11 pm are special. This is just my intuitive understanding. I don't know why. Here is Sadhgurus take on it. " During the sandhya Kalas, around sunrise and sunset, everything is in a state of flux. If you practice at that time, your ability to transcend limitations is better because your life energies are in a state of flux. " "If the temperature outside is high and the ushna rises beyond a certain point, it will cause cellular damage. That is why yogic practices are always to be done in the cooler hours of the day. Between day and night, there is a transition that reduces the friction within the system, and therefore, the practices will generate less ushna. Because yoga evolved in tropical climates in India, we always said that all yogic practices must happen before 8:30 in the morning or after 4:00 or 4:30 in the evening. The problem is even when you are aware in dreams everything is so blurry and dense to move through. And dream will remain a dream...it will be a projection of unconscious mind tendencies manifesting in a dream. You cannot call it real astral travel. Unless one has a real mastery over the all 5 koshas of body , you cannot really astral travel imo . Also one needs to be aware of their surti....once you can attach yourselves to it , it is the fastest vehicle ever.

How do you know its an instruction or a permission has been granted to do so ? It is simply a fact or a Truth that has been stated. Guru ji says that asankh malech mal nakh khaye countless eat filth ? So do you think that someone will read it and start eating filth. It is simply a fact or a Truth. It does not mean you start emulating it.

The only solution to all these questions is to do kamai ourselves and reach that avastha where we can begin to understand somethings better. Till we reach these some of these questions dont even matter. But in order to maintain a Khalsa Sikh Independent identity we have to say that RamChandra or Krishna are not same as Guru Nanak. Otherwise Hindus will run all over us. Sometimes we need to create certain boundaries to maintain an independent identity to survive in this world.

The real astral travel was done by Guru Nanak. I wonder if anyone can come close to his speed.

Actually the reality is that in this age of Kalyuga our minds have been so polluted that we cannot begin to imagine the depth of Gurbani. The real teachers are those who have practised it in their lives & done great abhyas & Kamai of Naam Simran & Gurbani Jaap. Most of us, including me, are just keyboard warriors who come here to engage in discussions thinking we are some great scholars & abhyasis lol. These are all tricks of Mind & Maya. So thats why I mostly place my trust in bachans of Mahapurakhs. Baba Ishar Singh Ji Kaleran wale used to say that " Gurbani da ik ik tuk vich khulasa hai" i.e Even one sentence or pankti of Gurbani has an ocean of knowledge inside it and stands independently on it own. So all this talk of taking Gurbani pankti out of context , I find it really ridiculous. This is a game of love & devotion. Bhai Lehna worshipped Guru Nanak as Nirankar , he became Nirankar. Baba Buddha Ji treated Guru Nanak as Brahmgyani he became a Brahmgyani. The bigger vessel of shardha devotion you have, the bigger grace Kirpa you will receive.

And this is another reason why the Abhyas of Banis like Sri Jaap Sahib, Chaupai Sahib, Shastarnaam Mala, Bhagauti Ustotar, Chandi Charitar Ustat, Brahm Kavach is done by Gursikhs. In Bhagauti Ustotar, Maharaj Says that Rudra-Kali will bow down to that person who does Jaap of this Bani in morning. Dasam Bani is a must to save us from Aadhi Viaadhi & Upaadhi .

Apparently this Baba says that he has been given power by the God to kill the Ghosts/Bhoots or entitirs...I am not sure what he means by that or if it is just a temporary measure. I am not promoting or advertising this Baba. I am not even sure about the methods employed by him. I have a neutral stance for him. However, the stories seem Genuine and the main message goes in line with Gurmat!!! Here are some of the things that were reinforced: - reduce your attachments, otherwise you will be stuck on this plane after death - never ever become an alcoholic, womaniser, do drugs or eat meat....negative entities are attracted to this stuff - This Human Body is precious...dont waste it...do as much Naam & Gurbani as possible - never ever become jealous of someone and retort to these dark methods or never ever learn dark methods....it will come to haunt you - @LuckyThe Baba also seems to be controlling the entities by getting hold of the persons hair esp if a woman. So uncut hair may have something to do with someones protection aura or not ?

So true...personally when I discover this dark stuff it increases belief in Divine and gives more reasons to recite Naam & Gurbani. The next video I am going to post has a wealth of knowledge. I am not sure how true it is but advanced people here can confirm it. I got exposed to the following topics: - 11 day Puja of Kali to learn Black Magic - apparently if you learn black magic you have to pass it on to someone else - Astral body can be present at two times, one part stays in physical body during which the person falls asleep , another part can get hazar on another person. - A Bir is an entiity which Black Magicians use to murder people. Magicians feed them animals, meat, kaleja etc - When you create suffering for someone it will come back to haunt you back, no matter what. - Some people can transfer darkness just by hugging or touching you. In the following video, there was a 48 year old Black Magician woman who came onto this girl in the video i.e her astral body was made to talk through this girl while she was in her home sleeping ..trippy eh. She learnt black magic by doing puja of Kali , naked, for 11 days & eating latrine stools for 7 days. She also got hold of a Bir whom she got hold from benares to murder people and kids. The bir was offered Goats liver , and used to live on a peepal tree in front of her house. The baba in video seems quite expert on these matters..not sure how genuine he is But surely this exposes you to the dark ways in this world...and for seekers that is a motivation to keep Japping Waheguru......

I cannot begin to imagine how pleasant the scene would be when Guru Ji were singing Gurbani and Bhai Mardana Ji were playing rabab accompanied by sweet chatter of birds in dawn with fragrance of flowers in the morning breeze.

This method will work too. People have used knowingly unknowingly used similar methods in past. In these days, you may find highly spiritual non-mind reading Gursikhs who can guide you along the path but finding a genuine Pooran Brahmgiani Sant is very rare. I have seen great gursikhs but never found a Saint. Although it maybe good in a way because one may not ready or in correct mental state to meet an Enlightened being.

It sounds nice. Although the above is not a rabab but on a side there is something magical about the sound of Rabab or 1or 2 stringed instruments. The following video lifts your spirits up. Very Beautiful!

I read the following method in Anand Chamatkar which is the biography of Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji. Although it is recommended that you should never test a Sant but if you do happen to test a real Sant then you should also prepare yourself for a test from the Sant himself. So if one is looking for a Murshad in the form of a Sant, he or she may stand in front of Guru Granth Sahib and do the following ardas benti prayer. O Guru Ji! I am going to meet the following Saint. Please bless me with the sumar knowledge to meet him . If the sant is brahmgiani & abedh with you please let him solve my following doubts or questions or let him do the following. If the Sant is Pooran Brahmgiani Enlightened Abedh with Guru Sahib he will get the message directly from Guru Sahib. When you go see the Saint whatever Ardas you would do will be solved. This is a tried & tested method. Personally, I have never found anyone on whom I could try this method on.
