i apologise for bringing up an old discussion, but i have read gurmukh sikhya by bhai vir singh and he also mentions a couple of times that one should try and stay away from low level spirits. When we erase negative emotions and dirt from hirda, it generates a vaccum where negative entities could reside (gurmukh sikhya pg 98)
i wish some abhiyasee sikhs could throw some light on it as this scares me, when in meditation i always have a fear at the back of my mind about this.

Bhenji make sure to see the areas around Anandpur and also Paonta Sahib. The sorrounding hilly areas are extremely beautiful with their lakes, animal life etc. It is a good place to sit and contemplate.

Hazur sahib is a must. Go and meet sant baba narinder Singh and try getting Darshan of sant baba Kulwant singh. Jathedar baba prem Singh budha dal is half an hour away from takhat Sri hazur sahib.

Will try and do veer, though i hope this visit is full of spiritual bliss, I don't really know how it would turn out
you sure nihang singh ji wouldn't mind talking to a girl, I don't want to offend anyone. Its just that during my time in india i saw that mainly men or boys talk about spiritual matters. just want to make sure that girls are allowed there before actually showing up :)

maybe gurdwara rampur khera
 
the purpose of this visit is to take a break and do some naam kamaiyee
i would love if you suggest some asthans that you went to and found really peaceful and if you know of some high avastha gurmukhs that i could do darshan of 
or any asthan that you know that helps in naam simran
