Only during the day I want to see them lol. Then I started doing Brahm Kavach with the intention of protecting myself and attacking them straight up. I did it 3x times. The first time I started feeling scared, I had my eyes closed, but I wanted to keep them open. I still kept them close for the most part, and I was also getting the bir ras feeling at the same time. Your tip of imagining your astral body as a bright lion really helped. Then I recited this shabad; a couple of times.
I was feeling good then, like I won and I powered through the fear. I then did 2 mins or so of waheguru simran, to thank him. At this point I was feeling no fear, even when I was trying to imagine them, no fear at all. And for a little bit I was feeling like you do, seeing god in everyone, and just feeling the love and no fear.
Veer ji you can try to do kirtain sohila 5 times as i heard in katha its supposed to keep protection for 24 hours i heard. You can also add this shabad in your nitnem as its raam kavach along with brahm kavach.
Here is the full shabad

I can't make degh at home. But I take kesi ishnaan everyday. I will start lighting dhoof in my room regularly, and learn Ugardanti bani. Since last evening I feel I shouldn't have any more trouble from them, but will add these just incase. Thanks.
Veer ji thats really good you are having kesi ishaan everyday. You can also play on loop Brahm Kavach on audio track as i have heard in katha. Here is a another post on a thread i made about ugardanti

Which path is good for Demonic forces trying to bring you down?
I already do nitnem, rakheya de shabad, brahm kavach, bhaugati astotar, suraj kavach, and sometimes chandi di vaar, and do jaap of gobinde mauke mantra.
Is there anything besides these banis that is particularly good to destroy these dark entities?
Veer ji try to do Ugardanti after Chandi di vaar as thats supposed to help. Also Chandi Chirtars 1 and 2 are supposed to help as well. Also add in Shastar Naam Mala thats supposed to help. Try to have kes ishan before these banis and make fresh degh at home after kesi ishan. Also light dhoof and jyot.

19 hours ago, Sikhilove said:Men and women are Equal. Gurbani tells us to see God in every heart, and see that He is our True Husband. At some point, humans decided that mean are higher than women, when Gurbani teaches pure equality. Look at Mai Bhago, the perfect example of a woman.
Our different Janams, our different sexes in janams are symbolic of this. We are ever changing. Only the Truth remains. Why worship a fleeting shadow when the King of Kings is the only being that remains, the only reason we wake up, eat food, breathe air, walk amongst the trees etc. Life is temporary. See God in your husband and wife, love them, respect and cherish them but don’t be attached to them. Don’t worship And get attached to a temporary body when image is an illusion. Live free of the illusion and if you want to worship, worship All as God.
The men on here are getting it twisted to what they want the meaning to be. Mool Mantar sums everything up, God is One, His name is Truth, there is no other.
100% correct bhen ji as all of the souls aatma is one whether it belongs to a male or female makes no difference at all.

I think people naturally find this site as they’re meant to at the moment. I like how there’s basically no rif raf or emotionally abusive people on here. Extremely rare, esp compared to some sites like sikh Sangat where some of the people are really rude and awful
Bhen ji i totally agree with you about about how this site is found. You are 100% correct the users and posts on sikh sangat page is really horrible as i viewed the page as a vistor and am glad not to be a member on there as there is so much negativity on that site.

Lol I’m a bhenji. You’re truly not missing out on anything. Sometimes, it can take falling down that well of negativity and pain, to fully appreciate the light. And so we lift ourselves out of the darkness and into the light with a greater force.
Hence Dukhi, pain can be a blessing, as I have learned.
Sorry bhen ji i was mistaken lol. You are 100% correct as it does need to be shown the path of darkeness before we can value the light. Also guru sahib jis kirpa is need to get out of the dark circle which you mentioned.

True. For me, drinking alcohol felt like drowning in a deep dark well of negativity. I wouldn’t go back there. Good for you on being sober too.
Veer ji that does sound like a horrible ordeal which you must have been through. Luckly dass has never touched any drugs, alcohol or smoking material which is guru sahib jis kirpa in my life.

Spinach:
I now grow a variety of spinach types. I've found real spinach real hard to grow (because they don't seem to be able to tolerate temperature changes), and have been mainly relying on perpetual spinach and Swiss Chard (which are hardy and can be grow well into teh coldest weather). This is how they start (I plant the seeds straight into the ground, you need to leave a lot of space between perpetual varieties as they can grow BIG):
Recently someone gave me some desi palak seeds and these are coming up nicely. I used salvaged India stone bricks from a wall I demolished to create these temporary raised beds. They seem to grow better this way. I put the wire netting on top to thwart the local foxes who love digging holes in the soil):
Very nice effort veer ji and post.

Sad you went through that.. amazing that you are okay now. My relative sadly passed away of alcoholism and my other relative was an alcoholic and now sober. They went to aa, therapy, do paath and mindfullness meditation early in the mornings, excercise A lot daily. Yoga is a miracle too, try it. You know more than I do what to do because you’ve been through it.
Thats really sad especially as it was a relative makes it even more sad as you knew the person. It does help a lot doing yoga and mindfullnes to help with the thinking thoughts.

There is a very high amount of weakness growing in the panth which is most concerning.
Sometimes our lack of complete spiritual understanding, or incomplete understanding makes us very weak and keeps us from speaking truth boldly, and fighting against adharama.
For example, misunderstanding what Ninda is, and saying never to criticize anyone, or accept the world as it is, or just be happy and surrender and let go; these types of spiritual ideas are false and makes us impotent.
This is not what Guru Ji wants from his Singhs. Guru sahib says, "Dhan Jiyo teh ko jag mein, mukh te har, chit mein judh bichare, dehe anit na nit rahe, jas nav chare, bhav sagar tare. Dhiraj dham banaiye ehe tan, budh so deepak jo ujiare, gayane ki badni man ho hath lai, kutarta kutvar buhare". (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1bew1aU3kk 0:31). We have to make ourselves strong again and create that spark for Dharama Yudh.
Look around in the world, there is great injustice, greed, false lies, people lost in illusion of maya, roaming around like devils. Science has advanced but spirituality is at a all time low.
Men are without valor and honor, women are without respect and modesty. This is the Iron age. Sikhi and Khalsa is the light in this world, but we ourselves are lost.
Those who speak against Guru, or Bani, or the Panth, and spread false ideas and openly disrespect Bani, must be severely condemned, and if they don't understand with words, must be crushed with power.
This is not a simple matter. At the type of weakness that I see growing in the panth, soon gurudwara will be doing laavas of two guys. Homosexuality is already being accepted by the new generation. Dasam Bani is being rejected and openly mocked.
Look at the title of this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIff87kYaLw If you think this is not a grave manner, then something is wrong with you. This should make your blood boil. In due time if these types of people don't understand with words they will with sword. When some hindus during the 1984 time were disrespecting bani, singhs killed them without caring for their lives, that's the message that Sant Jairnail Singh ji gave. Now these donkeys in the clothes of a lion, are doing the same, and we are quiet.
We first have to makes ourselves strong on an individual level, with gurbani, dasam bani, Lifting Iron, Kachera (celibacy), Chardikala (state of mind), and cut away from attachments that hold us back. Then when the time comes we will shut down these parchars, or in the name of Dharama bring justice to these maha fuddus. Quality over quantity. It doesn't matter if we loose 1 million people, we will clearly define what Sikhi is and what Sikhi is not, what is accepted and what is not.
All this is because we have not set clear boundaries as a panth and not enforced them, and this is the definition of weakness.
Veer ji you are 100% correct and spot on. We ourselfs have made a mess of our religion by having banis shortned as Sri Rehras Sahib Ji is a very good example as that was censored by none other than our faith leaders.
Its really sad the way things have became and state of sikhi today especially at modern day sikh weddings makes me lost for words as its completely against gurmat by all the rubbish visible.

I cannot understand Punjabi very well @Soulfinder
Could you please inform me of the key points raised in the video. Thanks so much
Hanji veer ji some of the points in the video are that its against maryda to have chairs and tables in langar hall as sri guru amar das ji maharaj could have started this but didn't as they wanted all people sangat to sit equally and have langar.
Also bringing in shoes has made the langar hall into a restaurant, hotel like atompshere at the gurdwara.
The langar hall chairs are designed for people who are either eldery or the disabled but as the bhai sahib says in the video he saw ladies who had dyed their black and were sitting on the chairs when they weren't acting their age.
