Rituals and superstitions are not a part of Sikhi. Noone cares if theres a jug of water there or not and if someone does, theyre a fool.
It's not real. No worries.
What are your thoughts on the 52 Hukam of Guru Hobind Singh Maharajah?

Black magic cant harm someone who practices Naam. Just like slander cant stick to a soul who accepts themselves to be nothing, black magic can't touch a being who accepts theyre the same. In humility practing naam, it can't harm you, you've realised its an illusion as is everything and everyone with an image.
On repeat again.

Hi. Read Guru Granth Sahib Ji. It's Truth. Gurbani teaches that there is in reality no religion only one, No Hindu No Muslim, only One was Guru Nanaks teaching. It teaches the Truth thats the core of all of the major religions but without the rituals and superstitions. Many teachings have also become corrupted over time so the Gurus were sent to teach Sat in its purity. If you read, accept and apply the gyan in practice in everyday life, you will start to learn more and move on the bhagti path. It's a neverending path and is one of love and purity.
It's one religion not no religion. We've been over this. Please record your soundbyte so we can just play it without you.

The rest of you....look at how this nonce tries to distract from important information regarding highly placed pedos. He does this regularly on such threads.
Pops off after changing his display image to yours.
Lol. Impressive.
@Jageera Go ahead and act right bro. We can wait.

What do you mean by that bro?
Bhul chuk maaf
Instead of metal blades they had double sided war clubs shaped like a wooden Khanda and in a groove on both sides they would take shards of obsidian and pitch then into place resulting in a sword with a blade thickness at entry of about an atom thick then widening. The end result is absolutely effective.

You mean "TERI MURTI" right?

Thank you bro. I certainly did. I'm ignorant still.

Beautiful picture bro. Thanks a lot for sharing.
ਬਾਂਕ ਬਜ੍ਰ ਬਿਛੁਓ ਬਿਸਿਖ ਬਿਰਹ ਬਾਨ ਸਭ ਰੂਪ ॥

Btw, this thread has gone off-topic. @sarabatam
Bhul chuk maaf
Woops. The image was supposed to have the caption "Tera Murti".
Amen bro. Whoever posted that online originally has blessed us all. I googled Shastars displayed to get an image to post to say, we have murti already in a way the Gurus way.
Then I counted the Shastars after I had selected that photo and I realized woh... there's thirteen Shastar there. Vaheguru it is Tera Murti!

@GurjantGnostic - What's that in your display pic bro? That also looks amazing too.
Thanks a lot

It's a Khanda like sword used by American Indians made from jungle hard wood with obsidian shards embedded on both edges.

Is there any Bhen ji who I can speak to? I would like to have some direct answers and my husband would prefer me to speak to a Bhen ji. I would like to have the contact number with their permission.
Please private message me.Thank you ji
Your husband is a Muslim as well?

Are you sure?
There are hordes of pervert muslim blokes who seem to prey on vulnerable females (especially underage ones) of other communities. How do we know that you aren't one of them?
And if there is any sister who would actually PM some random muslim over the internet - they must be retarded.
And the rest of you here - don't be retarded and put any of our sisters under any potential risk.
Good point bro. Going to the Gurudwara to meet more than one female at a time ought to make us and her husband rest more assured.

Strict monogamy is a CORE value of Sikhism bro. Even if Sikhs practiced polygamy, it DOES NOT prove that it is allowed in Sikhism.
There is enough evidence from Vaaran of Bhai saab Bhai Gurdas jee Maharaaj to suggest that monogamy is highly preferred for a Sikh. One is "Eka Naaree Jatee Hoaye Par Naaree Dhee Bhen Bakhanai".
The other verse is below.
ਦੁਹ ਨਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਦੂਲਹਾ ਦੁਹ ਮੁਨਸਾ ਦੀ ਨਾਰਿ ਵਿਣਸੈ।
Husband of two women and the wife of two husbands are bound to perish;
Bhul chuk maaf
That could be the equivalent to the two boat metaphor though.

Daas understand your point, but in general, a lady is NOT suppose to have a beard/moustache.
Beards and Moustaches are physical signs of a MAN.
Bhul chuk maaf
So society tells us. But if that was true all the Bhenjis wouldn't be conflicted about it. We've just been taught to idealize prebuscency.
Apparently it varies naturally.

Should we educate our newer generations about this? Would they care?
Should cast the seeds and see where they sprout.

Back to my original question are there any other groups or sants etc that have a common sense approach to this?
Another way to put it...
You don't want to change Sikhi, or associate with people that change Sikhi, it's better you know and support what Sikhi is and just admit this is one place you're falling short. You're better off in Sangat that say it's Kurehit, and just being a papi like everyone else that is also falling short of the Guru's example.
In the right Sangat the mini beard would turn heads were those heads not so disciplined as not to turn. The Bhenji with the Dhari gets the cred.

If you want to use your own mind go ahead. Get laser and be part of any Jatha you want.
Finding someone else to be your echo chamber to condone committing a Kurehit doesn't change anything.
If you choose to do whatever to your Kesh own it.
But Veer Ji was right about knowing the Guru's thoughts on keeping Kesh. It's one of your Panj Kakar. Sorry Bhenji.
A real Gursikh husband would love your Kesh and be truly impressed with you keeping it.
Be careful with common sense. It's Kalyug.

Are there any sampradas or jathe or sants that have a understanding approach to amritdhari bibia who don't feel they should have to keep a beard if they have medical conditions?
Sometimes treating the problem medically does not stop a huge amount of kes on face (I mean similar to a teenage boy). Are there any groups that have an allowance for amritdhari bibia to remove this if they have serious medical issues and it is a hugely excessive amount of hair (mini beard)?
It's no small task to accept Hukam.

Another poor analogy. If you take a mold of a statue, and cast it, all replicas have a mark from that casting process. The original has no such mark.
-
This is a poor analogy, but if you had a game developer, they have devs do a lot of the administration. So in most ages, the Avtar role is a Devte. During Kalyug, the Game Maker themself has an Admin Body, and manifest directly as the eleven Guru Sahiban. So if you were to look and see what account was behind all those it's the Maker themself. While if you look at who plays other spiritual greats in the past it's not so, they have dev and player accounts.
The Guru Sahiban first demonstrated at length how to play the game according to Hukam, and then published the Ultimate Guide to the Truth on the Truth, in the form of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Gurbani, and Vaaraan.

hello,
Thank you ji,
But does that mean you do not believe in one God if you say he is in human form?
See, I asked some sikhs about their beliefs and one said they believe in Allah, waheguru and all Hindu Gods.
Whereas another said they only believe in one God.
So im reading this for the first time..
I'm a Shia muslim, so I noticed some similarities between sikhism and us hence why I wish to do more research on Sikhism.
I also wish to read the Guru Granth Sahib to know more in detail only I can't read the Gurmukhi script as I am pakistani/kashmiri lol
I hope I am welcome on this forum, It is purely to learn and seek knowledge. Not bash or disrespect Sikhism. This is especially for the mods lol.
My husband was understanding of my quest to learn more knowledge which is both soothing and a huge happiness for me.
Waheguru ji ka khalsa, Waheguru ji ki fateh.
ps I also though Waheguru literally meant one God as the literal translation is "The pure ones belong to God, victory belongs to God.
Many thanks,
Fizz786
One upside of Kalyug is that instead of the Avtar role being played by a creation of Akal Purakh, Akal Purakh themself is the Avtar directly in the Nehkahlank, or markless form.
So instead of sending a prophet for example. They come themself to play the part.
You could think of it as a promise to all of us. That when it is darkest, that Akal Purakh is with us the most.
How to know if a person is genuine?

Guru Nanak Dev Ji would come with his head covered. What you espouse is a silghtly nicer version of Manmat. Please study Gurbani and discuss Gurbani.
Don't you already have your own forum?
