The family tree of Guru Nanak Dev Ji actually only shows Baba Laxmi Chand the younger son having children. The Bedi line of Baba Vickram Aditya Bedi Ji and others did not record female members in the tree. The lineage was handed down via male members. Women generally did not marry as at this time, many felt it wrong to marry a daughter of the Guru Nanak Dev Ji. That only changed about 130 years ago.
