On Page xi and xii of the publishers note it is stated ,"...enlightenment can be attained without the help of religion or concept of God...." This is in direct contradiction with the mool mantar where the akal purakh IS the creator (much more than a "concept") can only be attained through GurPrasad (and to obtain Gurprasad you have to have a Guru and a faith). After reading the publishers note, I did not proceed with reading the book. Should this text be even referenced at this site? I dont think so.

Bhai Sahib, thanks for your seva. Truly commendable. Please permit downloads because such texts are not readily available even within india, leave aside overseas. For instance this set is not available even in Delhi. Printing downloads - which is what you want to avoid - are more expensive if you consider paper, binding and shelf space so all those who are interested in hard copies will buy the texts from the publisher (who is the only one who makes money out of them - the author as you know does not get anything). Having the downloaded version on your pc means you are not internet reliant everytime you have to access this or similar text. Thank you for your consideration and acceptance. Best wishes

Veer there is a great book there - steek of Guru Granth Sahib vol 1 that the author has put download restrictions on. Do you have the email ID of the author so i can forward a request to him to permit unloading? thanks
