u know this ite sound a bit thick and horrible but here we gooo.... I think bak-in-the-day, ppl see eating all dat meat as a luxury food. Maybe even they get somme sense of superioroity in eating it, therfore making them feel biger -aka known in basic Sikhi principles as EGO! They serve it at social occasions so, is it not seen as a masterful food... ?and is seen is better than any other sabJi....!!! Its kinda sick in a weird way but if this is what it is all about then surley sumthing has to be done. You can never tell sum1 to stop eating it, its goto to stop from within them/by themselves....

i get what ur saying cus i sed it soooo many times on this web but sangat is the most iportant.... By the way, when u try and become Sikh.... then you will attract gud sangat.... not necesarily aritdharis... but gud sangat.... part of climbing the ladder..... shud just try and onlly eat the amount u really need. i tried to gve up all the crisps, cakes , chokys - etcccc, but erm i found one day i kinda gave in in a sense. lolz. but now what i do is i just be AWARE if i need to eat it ornot, and soon anough ill see sense... that was funy neo pageee.... my mum has to hide the biskit box fro us lot... its so funny cus we always find it. Everytime it makes us laugh.

VKVF To get to SUKH u have to go thru DUKH....! I really dont know if this will help u but have a go cus it helps me. Oka dont try too hard. Do too much too soon and u'll fall. Just take chill out. Thet beating of ur heart, the thumping of ur pulse, that thoughts in your head, or even the silence, become intwined in that and then recite VAHEGURU with that much deepness. The deepness of your heart your veins ur pulse thru to the end of ur hair to ur toes, and recite with ecah beat, u shud feel comforted... I beleive if u think of tha sound inside of u, ur heartbeat echoiing, in a silent roo, eyes closed, not too warm temperature, and say VAHEURU VAHEGURU VAHEGURU, u will find some sense of peace. Then maybe this ill help u to figure out what it is thats making u down...
