ਵਿਅਕਤੀ I know means 'person'. I don't even recognize second letter of the word. It looks like a Hindi word. Seoncd word is the name of an ancient Buddhist or maybe Jain king. ਸ਼ਰੇਣੀ means catagory. So it could mean organizer.

Meanings are 'Analysis, necessary and independent'. Second word looks like a Hindi word. When we talk about teaching Punjabi to new generation, there is another important distinction we have to make. Should it be modern Punjabi OR teaching should be targeted towards Punjabi from Guru's period? Anybody who is fluent in modern Punjabi can't understand Gurbani without translation. If Punjabi is being taught for religious purpose, it must be focused on Punjabi of Guru's period. It will result in better understanding of Gurbani by new generation rather than becoming ritualistic without knowing essence of Sikhi.
