  1. I see. I will check those out. Yeah man I totally dig this stuff!
  2. Ok but what extremes are you talking about aside from tricks and illusions?
  3. I thought Blaine just performed tricks? Why would he need to meditate?
  4. Where are you from? Well I want to know whether this is indeed present in the saliva like the article says or whether it is "anhat" unstruck so to speak.
  5. You can see for yourself that Waheguru is everywhere. You don't need to rely on logical arguments e.g. the one you gave: He made everything so He is in everything. In fact, seeing it yourself is more valuable that any logical argument. What else do you wana know?
  6. This is the one? Man he's so skinny in this video! What happened lol?
  7. Sat I think you are letting your imagination run too far with this lol. I am just saying that the next time you get it, spit it into a kauli and get someone to taste it. Lucky you do the same. That's the first thing I woulda done if I had this thing in my mouth. Lucky is your experience similar to Sat's? The roof of pallet seems far away from Pineal gland tho...
  8. Lol I'm not even gona ask what you been hearing from Sikh brothers and sisters that put a dent in your efforts. I don't wana derail this thread any further. Let's get back to discussing the video.
  9. DSG "Waheguru residing everything" has to be taken beyond logic into actual experience. It's possible to SEE that He is.
  10. He plays so many notes in one second. It's hard to keep up. lol N30 how's that video coming along?
  11. So what causes the sweet taste of saliva during meditation if it's not ketones? And the articles that Sat posted talk about how this can be tasted by other people, so it's not the tongue experiencing sweetness, the saliva is actually sweet. But this needs confirmation. Have you guys got someone to taste it yet?
  12. Good. And I don't really hold any beliefs. Let's leave it at that. I am getting tired of this discussion.
  13. Don't you try to avoid reflecting on your beliefs by accusing me of stuff. That's not paedophilia my brother. Alright. Maybe there might be other factors involved that the judge took into account? Anyway I have nothing else to add so let's leave the topic.
  14. So you think Guru Sahibs and their loved ones got martyred because of being friendly and open. Lol It appears it's you who thinks that being God-oriented and being realistic are mutually exclusive. Sort it out bro.
  15. Oh ok that may be it. Lol that's probably why you say this: What may help is if you or your missus make lassi, shakanjvi, roo afza, kachi lassi, juice, etc everyday. It maybe easier to consume water in more tasty forms.
  16. Sat I dunno if taht applies to people experiencing this during meditation, where the meditator's diet or water intake has not changed. They are saying that if you don't drink enough water and eat lots of sugars/carbs you will have sweet saliva and urine. Well no duh! lol
  17. What I was trying to say was that one can see the "real, dark world" and still have a friendly and open attitude towards the "real, dark world". You mentioned the Gurus. They talk about ParBrahmn on every page of SGGS. What is Parbrahmn? For one, it is absolutely real, more real than the world. Two when it is perceived three things immediately happen: 1. individual is filled with bliss 2. the mind expands and opens up 3. individual transcends 'I vs Other' mentality
  18. In my view, it's ok to play around with experiences as long as you have Brahmn in the back of your mind. man Ram nama bedhiale jaise kanak kala chit mandialey. Sant Namdev ji says his mind was penetrated by Ram naam the way a gold smithing has penetrated the mind of a goldsmith! He describes a little boy flying a kite and talking to his friends at the same time. Although he was talking to his friends he kept awareness on the string, cheet su doru rakhialay. He describes the cows let out for grazing in the field. She goes many miles away but cheeet su bachra rakhialay, keeps her calf in mind. Similarly one can experience things and enjoy those experiences (or even detest them) whilst their consciousness has Brahmn in there. Satt when I first saw the name of the thread, I thought you was experiencing sweat in saliva or something. LOL
  19. I don't know what you are going on about. All I am talking about is the attitude of a God-oriented person.
  20. The moon has a consciousness and it fulfills its purpose. It also has certain effects on the earth and the consciousness that resides there. We are the same. We fulfill the purpose of our existence and have an effect on other consciousness. Past (karma, ancestors) ------- push----> Organism (human, moon) -------pull------->Future possibilites A, B, C... We are set forth in motion by a past but can be pulled towards any future. Waheguru is timeless so He is that pulling force from the future. The Atma (you) is attracted towards certain possibilities more than others, which are presented to Atma (you) by Parmatma. Past (karma, ancestors) ------- push----> Atma in the organism (human, moon) -------pull-------> Parmatma pulls to various future possibilites A, B, C... I think this reconciles free will with determined outcome. Bhul chuk maaf karna
  21. That's why its a good idea to have human judges and bring some humanity back into the law. I agree that sakhis don't give you the lived experience of the world. However, they (and bani) do give ways to deal with it on the practical level.
