Yes, this Western Classical group learnt raag Ramkali i.e. the raag Anand Sahib SHOULD be sung to.

They first establish the drone (Tanpura) to Ne Re Sa I think (notes - to ensure that their performance is in sur), and then render the raag through an alaap. After that I am not sure, but they may be singing a bhajan or simply improvising through sounds. They also bring in a very entertaining taal vocally (which I haven't had time to establish) to give an all round Indian Classical performance as per their vocal tradition.

I would love to see them do more raags. They are in the process of settin up some concerts soon, would be great to go and see them if they perform in the UK.
