As for bootleg try the crystal palace computer fair they have pirate copy cds of everything, otherwise p2p torrents, isohunt.com use a bittorrent agent. you can try a run a search off google usually people upload onto websites like rapidshare.com and megaupload.com it maybe in parts and it might have a virus etc. Torrents is ideal.
