(from a greater focus on military attributes to a more saint-depiction). Please post links and images. dalsingh101 Posted December 1, 2010 Report Share Posted December 1, 2010 Personally I think it would easier for you to track changes in iconography with Guru Tegh Bahadhur ji. The recent depiction as per Sobha Singh seems to be burnt into the memories of recent generations but older images seem to show Guru ji in a more regal, military representation that we would be more likely to associate with Guru Gobind Singh ji today. If you try and do a project like this you're going to stumble on problems with accurately dating older images btw.
