Nice i thought it was impossible when being a veggie. I tried working out at the gym for 2-3 years without nothing happend (i took 150 grams of protein powder a day and followed a special program) so i eventually just gave up lol.

Double weight in grams is for steroids. .6 to 1 per km is fine.

Most days it doesn't matter much, have a pinee or two, plus we you'll get minimal.

If you're on a gym cycle then get enough for the day. Going past .8 or 1 just makes you dump it out.

Key word dump, let's share the idea but keep it clean. :P
