Or water air earth and fire are not perishable elements, if you are connected with 1 God? You see, creation continues ...... even if one is with 1 God. Other thing is, it(Maya) does not affect you by His Grace, but still it exists, isn´t it? Let us take the example of a Sant; kam, krodh, lobh, moh and ahankar do exist, but that Sadhoo, that Bhagat, that Sant to say, by purifying itself with the Amrit of His Naam, has reached a level, in which he has merged his Consciousness in Him. So just as Wahiguru is beyond the reach of Maya, so are His devotees beyond the tentacles of Maya, by being in tune with His Bhana or will, by placing their heads at His Lotus Feet, through His Simran. Once the soul, trespasses the realms of Maya, (this very Maya which has put down big yogis, tapasvees, rulers of the Three Worlds, as big as Ravan, are all deluded by Maya), with the aid of Shabad Guru, Maya becomes the dasee of these high elevated souls: Gurmukhs. It is only with the power of Nam, that one can defeat Maya and its master Kal Purukh, not otherwise, do whatever one may ..... Sat Sree Akal. What r u trying to say here? If someone is a Multimillionaire, lives within bhana/will of God, perform his duty honestly, in a complete Gurmukhi path. Helps needy people. What do u think he is? Is materialistic things Maya for him? Is money maya for him? NO. MONEY IS NOT MAYA FOR HIM If a poor person killls someone out of greed for money, that money is MAYA for that poor fellow. What r u trying to say here?I am not trying, but directly saying, that, Maya exists, other thing is, that one is not attracted to it. As simple as that much. Now, let us look at your statements below, and try to make you see, that nobody knows everything, but we are all here to share and learn from each other .... it would be better, if you asked in a politely tone and not in tense state .... No need for fights bro, the world out there is quite hot tempered, while the members of Sikhawareness / forum, we are more likely neighbors/friends where we come and talk or share on several topics .... like spirituality, health, politics, history...etc. So you see, that is why in the very begining of my previous post, I told you that do not get angry, as usually one never likes to be told anything against one´s way of thinking and beleiving ... the secret is to be respectful and broadminded ....and see that there is no wrong intentions .... we may agree or disagree, which is normal up to an extent in mankind .... bu the thing is not to laugh at someone or put down anybody, just for the sake of fun or abuse, that should never be tolerated ... rather we have to be more humans, by being tolerants and kind to each and everybeing irrespective of caste, creed or color .... MONEY IS NOT MAYA FOR HIMYes , absolutely all that you have mentioned is maya for him, but the thing is, he is using that very maya to do good to someone, he is not selfish, by His grace, he is not attracted with this facet/aspect of maya. And this man doing good action/karma, by helping others, is just putting golden chains around him, so he is very much prisoner here, for he will have to come in a mother´s womb once again, to reap the fruits of his however good karmas.Or do you think, he is not commiting any good karma in this way? The Bani says: aapey beejeh aapay khaae. If a poor person killls someone out of greed for money, that money is MAYA for that poor fellow.Again, the maya is already there, it is the selfish and greedy attitude, in the mind of this your second actor, which makes him do bad karma ...and for this he will have to pay for it. So as seen per your examples, maya is there and will be always there, because this creation is sustained by maya, so maya has to be there.The thing is, to free ourselves, we have to detach ourselves from maya, and attach ourselves to the only one reality: Wahiguru Akal Purukh. The creation is divided into two categories: 1)Sat= Truth, thus permanent and eternal = Wahiguru Akal Purukh2)Maya= Asat, koor, fanah, nashvant. Our contact with maya, whether with a positive attitude or a negative attitude, is the cause of our imprisonment here in the mayavee creation/chaurasee ka chakar. On the contrary, if we attach ourselves with Wahiguru with any attitude, will be the motive for us getting freed from the clutches of maya and kal. And attaching ourselves with Him, means, by following Gurmat/Gurbani, and the Bani beautifully in simple words says:Jin Har japeeya, se Har hoeeya. That is it, there are no other ways..... In short, maya is all that which changes, which can increase, which can decrease, which can be created, which can perish...etc But Wahigurús Daya Meher, the more He showers, it never decreases .... it is endless. Since the very begining, He has been showering us with His Glance of mercy, and believe it, it has not diminished even one gramme of it... The Bani says: Sacha Sahib, Saacaha Nao. True is the Lord, and True is His Name. He is the only Truth, who has no trace of maya, who is above maya, and He created maya, and this very maya is His faithful servant, or call it "daasee" ..
