I have heard Giani Amolak singh ji doing anand sahib ji and they dont say any N's, so I just take that as the correct way to pronounce it. Guest kaur1699 Posted August 17, 2003 Report Share Posted August 17, 2003 Fateh Ji, When I first starting to do Paath I used to do it from a Gutkha with it also in english as my Punjabi was not all that good. Then one day came where I was asked to do some Paath to the Gyani at the local Gurdwara Sahib and I found I was prouncing words different to how they were written in Gurmukhi. Punjabi/Gurmukhi is a language that has a lot of sounds that need to be stressed and its recommended that one tries to learn Punjabi/Gurmukhi in order to be able to pronounce the words properly. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
