There are so many stories on YOU TUBE like this person died in road accident and then born after couple of months or years remembering everything from past life. Could it mean they finished their Churaasi in those couple of months or years? Not all people will have to go through Chaurasi or Hells (after death), if they don't make it to Sachkhand. Many people will probably just do enough goods Karams and Bhagti in this human life, to earn another human life as their next lifeform. Some souls also have to wait to find an appropriate mother/parents. Some people obviously will go to heavens to enjoy the fruits of their good Karams, which they did in their lives.
