In the USA the apneh are committing vehicle related crimes. Burglary is more of a brishit thing though, as they tend to have the knowledge and means to carry it out. Things like knowing how to pick locks or knowing what people have in their houses etc. I used to work for a company that had access to a certain bank’s customer database and there was a guy working there who used to lookup people’s details so that his scum friends could rob their houses. When the staff showed it to him he went to pull out his revolver to rob them.
