Definitely, Seva must be kept gupt, boasting about it loses the true value and lessons to be learnt of Seva. Humility is required in Seva. Islam doesn't even know about reincarnation. But Hindus say krishan is God. Christians say Jesus is son of God. At least Muslims don't say that Muhammad is God or Son of God. However, based on Gurbani, the rest of the religions are lacking in some essences of God, Sikhi is the complete truth.
